Well its been awhile since i've been able to bench since my shoulder surgery, started back doing some incline last week and it doesn't really bother my shoulder like flat bench did. All im doing for flat bench is dumbells right now and the shoulder is holding up, doing 12-15 reps with 80lb dumbells so I can live with that. As far as incline bench, don't laugh guys but I did get 225lb for 6 reps today and was impressed. Considering before shoulder surgery I was flat benching 315lb for 10. Hopefully my shoulder will hold up and I can see a little growth in my upper chest now.

be carfull on that tren u can have a tendency to go to heavy (cuz u can) and pull, rip something..
dont worry about what people think about what u can,can not bench..
its all mind over matter..i dont mind and they dont matter..
at the end of the day u are training and that is the end game.
i hate my mate always tell me put more on the bar..i have to tell him to fuck of some times cuz he piss me of he never go's max every chest day yet i know he can do easy 140kg

When my shoulder was messed up, I used Dumbells for over a year doing chest. And by the time i got back to Barbell flat bench, my strength was absolutely insane, so it will prolly do ya some good, i know it made me stronger!

as for incline bar bell i cant push shit with that, it pains my shoulder some thing cronic i kid u not, i have a hard time doing 50-60kg yet dumb bell incline i can bench 100kg

i agree.

BE CAREFUL! At one point I couldnt do bench, BB or DB's. Killed my shoulder. I could only do
hammer bench. I thought I would never be able to bench again. After over a year I tried to
bench and no more pain. Listen to your body (great advice I never follow. lol)

As everyone else has said just be careful. When I broke my arm I came back training VERY ljght like benching 65# on barbell for a while just to trst the waters so to speak

Yeah I can def tell it prolly wasn't a good idea to go that heavy on incline my shoulder is def taking a toll today. Gonna take off lifting today and do some back and bi's tomorrow and see how things go.
