That's cool. There are so many gyms going under and bigger gyms buying them up. The problem with this is that the new gyms do away with the hardcore stuff. My gym did a huge renovation and made it look family friend, do away with a pullsdown machine, leg press and a seated calf raise.

I have a personal training studio thats 2000sq feet and we do pretty well...Its not a gym where people buy a membership but we have a lot of friends that train there
