My gear got confinscated from P.O. box. Am i screwed?

i had a package delivered to my PO box at a ship and pack place. Then they said two postal service workers came in and took the owner in the back and told him what was in the package and that they had to take the package with them. If the package was already delivered i didnt think they could do that. This ever happen to anyone?
 
Sucks to lose a pack. Most sources have a resend policy as long as you have coustoms letter.

If it was from within states i dont know what to say but never admitt. maybe they will test it then watch you or come visit you once they know what it is.

I would 100% always say i dont know what you talking about,,dont let them break you. YOU DONT KNOW SHIT, nothing about nothing, some bad joke someones playing on a good guy. Keep home clean for a bit because they have nothing but time to sit and watch you. ((not saying they will)) Just be safe as you can be.

And remember nothing about nothing, a fucken bad joke, maybe you banged some chick and her boyfriends getting you back, who know but you dont know nutting.
 
I dont know about what? What are you talking about? see i got it. but yea ive definantly cleaned up though. i hate just waiting for somthing to happen. this sucks
 
most likely nothing will happen. You need to be safe though and clean up. & ^^ You have no idea what they're talking about.

I agree with MOST likley nothing will happen,,,my one worrie that if it was a states order they might test it to see what they have then pay him a visit to maybe take it to the next level. They def will keep the box and if it was a states order and real oil they will print that box to see if there are any.
 
it's funny if customs didn't catch it already. I wonder if you pissed someone off and they dimed you out.
 
You never accepted the package so you should be fine. And yiur defense is to play dumb "The website said it was 100% legal, I don't want any illegal stuff, get rid of it." But since you never had possession I don't think they can say much
 
weird. postal workers picking it up. You had no contact with it and dont know what it was so you should be fine. Keep us posted.
 
Man that sucks, I always worry when I order and go pick it up. I worry that the popo will be there waiting. As long as you didn't have it in your possesion I wouldn't worry about it, you didn't know what was in the box.
 
Not trying to scare anyone, HOWEVER, LOL........Yes they can come to your home with a warrant if you opened the p.o box with real I.D. and used all your real info then YES 100000% they can come to your house with a warrent in hand, those days of thinking you need to accept or posses the package are long over! Its happened with others and im sure will happen many more times in the future!

Guys have had their package seized at their box and NEVER personally accepted it and still had their homes raided with a search warrent, So anyone who thinks this cant happen then they are just kidding themselves!! Sorry thats just the facts guys!
 
I've never heard that they can get a warrant on suspicion but it doesn't surprise me at all. You no longer need proof to search a house just a story
 
They very well could be working on getting a search warrant as we speak...

But you have no worries because have not done anything illegal, never ordered anything illegal and your house is so clean you can literally eat off the floors.
 
You only need probable cause stated in a search warrant affidavit and signed by a Judge to go kick some one's door in, I know because I have written them. I mean why would they come back to get the package? Did the owner call them to come get it? Or may be be the packaged was sequestered and got delivered by mistake, who knows? They don't care about the user they only want sellers anyway so dont worry just clean up though to be sure. Don't lose sleep over it. Always deny everything and lawyer up asap. Tell them nothing, even if they call you on the phone, nothing get it.
 
Yea, I'd just make sure you didn't have anything in the house. Nothing to worry about, they would probably only want to use you to get info on the seller, but I wouldn't tell them anything other than to do their own investigative work
 
Does anyone know if attorney Rick Collins in his book Legal Muscle address this? I really need to invest a few bucks for it. Maybe the OP could email him for advice. I'm sure he has a web site.

Maybe it would depend on what the federal or county prosecutor wants to do. If this was a small package, they may just let it pass. I worry about same. Like others said, make your house squeaky clean and think about getting some legal advice on how to prepare. And use another receiving point and name for future deliveries as your name may be tagged
 
FWIW whenever I get an overseases package on my doorstep, I always immeadiatly write "Did not order, return to sender' on the box and set it next to door insinuating that the mailman would pick it up next day. My logic is that if they were to pop me, they would do it very soon after I got home.....would this deter them from pressing charges? No, but it MIGHT look good at a jury trial if it came to that.
