Elbow pain

Not at the elbow joint itself but I think it's more tendon issue because its right above the elbow.

One thing I've come to terms is that in 20 years from now the pain will be worse but ill look back and say it was worth it :)

everybody hates it when I say this, but if your doing skull crushers...quit-those tear up the elbows faster than anything

Yes and it hurts like a bitch whenever I am pressing or push downs, I think it's the DMZ that dried me out, never had it before.

I like skull crushers but feel relief opening my elbows out more than having them almost parallel. A lot easier

I couldn't agree with you more. I did them for 20 years religiously and heavy. I took a break from them for about 2 months. When i went back to them, I felt a pain and it hasn't fully healed in over a year now.

So Ive been having kinda the sam issue but it seems that the pain is in my inner elbow at the bottom of my bicep and the under side of my wrist when I twist my hand in. it also feels really tight on the outer elbow and outer forearm when I flex my bicep. I dont know if its just real tight and needs to be stretched or what but ive taken a couple days off and it feels great till a couple of days back in the GYM. Any one got any suggestions

Check out how Branch Warren does them. He's said it is from elbow pain and from when he tore his tricep if I recall. That's where I got the idea of doing them wider.
