Here is a list of stuff I have found very effective:

Proteins:
whey (ON gold standard)
fast, medium, slow protein blend (dynamatize elite xt)

Digestive:
Chewable probiotic 3x ed

Joint:
absorbine (yeah the gel for horses)
cissus

Recovery (I make an intra workout shake with the following in it):
5g BCAA
15g Creatine (5 from monohydrate, the rest from a creatine blend)
1 scoop EAS Muscle Armor
6g Citrulline mallate
4g beta alanine
30g of sugar from gatorade powder

Insulin Sensitivity:
Berberine hcl (500-1000mg before carb heavy meals)
Super citrimax
Magnesium
Chromium (I take the last three in a pill that has all of them together)
25-100 mg Banaba Leaf Extract
550mg gymnema sylvestre (take the last two pre workout with carbs for IGF like pumps)

Fat Burner:
ECA stack
Yohimbine HCL (dosage depends on body weight)

This list doesn't include vitamins which are flax, garlic, vitamin c, and some others occasionally.

What other staples do you guys have for otc supps?

Out of the vitamin/minerals category, I take zinc regularly which the body needs to properly utilize testosterone whether your own or not.

I've heard a lot of guys swear by ZINC and I use to look at them like they had 9 eyes lol

Does zinc really do that even with exogenous test?

Yes, it does. Yep, I'm one of the guys that swear by it. Most people's diets these days are deficient in zinc. It's technically a metal so you don't want to over do it, but having it really does help.

How much do you take? When do you take it?
