Stopping from telling someone they are working out stupid is hard

Its hard to sit back and watch people use poor form. Bounce weight off their chest. Do the exact same exercises every single day (one asian kid is like a clock). Then they try to "inform", which I use quiet loosely, their buddies what they are doing wrong. I have offered suggestions on exercises to guys who seemed serious, but so many times I just want to say "shut up and go read some magazines at least." Any of you ever told someone they were an idiot. If you have I have a guy I need you to talk to.

Nope I've never done that ! Don't wanna bother cause then they'll think we're friends and never leave me the fuck alone lol

Yeah, I don't get involved anymore, aside from answering a simple question,it's hard I know. I think it's in most of us to want to help these less fortunate souls.... Naaaaaaa... Let em go.

I don't give advice. Is someone is discussing a specific muscle and I happen to not have ear buds in, I may show them an exercise I do for isolation or something that is out of the ordinary. Now what about phantom spotting. LOL

I stopped giving advice when it became apparent to me that it was falling on deaf ears. Either that, or my comments were met with arrogance. Fuck 'em.

I only say something if they are really going to hurt themselves and others. Had a dumb cluck facing the wrong way in the sloping squat rack a few years ago so I had to say something. His eyes got really wide and said he had assumed that was the right way. He did them correctly after that.

Lol yeah I guess if I seen a guy sitting on the end of the leg curl machine doing biceps curls with the leg pad then I suppose it would be worth embarrassing them lol

I rarely give advice to people for one I think there are a lot of idiots and don't want it but then some of them are just so out there they think they know what they are talking about. I am very selective about who I give advice to and it seems to work out and they are pretty appreciative and then stop me periodically to ask if they are doing something right. if someone is willing to learn I will help.
