Overhead Dumbbells for triceps, holy hell

Ive been working out with strictly dumbbells as of late, did dumbell deads and lunges a couple days ago, and yesterday I killed my triceps with dumbbell over head pushes, and man what a great workout, sore sore sore sore

Im so sore i fell asleep at 9pm last night and didnt wake up til 5:30 am this morning which is a very good sleep for me!

Every once in a while i will do everything with dumbbells, and im always surprised to see just how strong i am when i finally get back to barbell exercises, as dumbells seem to make me strong as fuck and i am able to isolate well and bring in a lot of stableizer muscles! Love it!
 
When you say you're doing overhead dumbbells, do you mean one-handed behind the head or using two hands in a French press style?
