Felt VERY weak in gym this morning..

Today I felt extremely weak in the gym, very unusual for me. Yesterday I took off from the gym, the day before was my last application of IGF and I was a monster in the gym.

I'm going pre-workout only (Jack3d) for the next 4 weeks and starting a low dose cycle of oral dbol 40mg a day, 70mcg of igf a day and a test e 250/tren e 150 blend, 1ml a week for 10 weeks...

1. I have never felt that weak after completing IGF, I mean I felt a 35-40% decrease in power, if that normal?

2. Has anyone tried a similar blend of Test E/Tren E?

Im not so worried about the Tren sides, esp at 150 a week. Ive ran it before without problems at 100 a week, but just in case have plenty of ambien and xanex to chill me out...lol

Could be just an off day bro! Or if it was your first workout without igf since completing ur igf cycle then it could be that your energy was zapped from not having all those carbs shuttled to ur muscles like you usually do when you take igf-1 pre workout with some carbs, so maybe your glycogen stores were low, i do know its a HUGE difference when i take my igf then eat carbs then hit the gym, from when i don't take any igf pre workout, i can always tell, but i get use to it after a few workouts,

or it could have just been an off day bro and just a coincidence that it was your first workout without igf , hard to say. The dbol should be giving you plenty of energy though especially with the test/tren combo ur using.

I do have off days but they are pretty rare and your 100% right.... prob just weird timing... I need to hit the supp store and order more IGF, love that stuff!
 
Ive had plenty of off days when I was hitting it hard especially if I had been hitting it hard for a long time. Sometimes what helps me is switching up my pre workout supps. Sometimes I would get burnt out on the Hyde and try something new the next day and be fine. I always keep 2 diff pre workout supps when im hitting it big.

Yes, I have done a similar blend, 300mg test, 200mg tren e. If you were a monster in the gym, you probably worked out hard enough that you need to recover the next day. I typically workout every other day because I work out so intensely that I need the time to recover. If I hit the gym the next day, which I have done now and then, I don't feel up to par either. I've learned I just need to take the time off to recover. You may probably need to do that too considering the cycle you are taking isn't going to increase recovery speed all that much more than being natural.
 
Most times for me its my bench I can tell is off but usuallty its from killing another body part that bench incoporates which is alot. Also if i dont get good carbs and protein in it makes a difference i'm learning more and more your food is a big key not just supplements.
 
Well, day 2 of the same thing... I pushed through it but same as yesterday, I felt like my power was down and just unmotivated to be at the gym.

I did notice one thing today that reminded me of day 1... GAS! The entire time in the gym today and yesterday I felt like I was going to blow my shorts off if I didnt pinch my cheeks shut... no kidding...

Here is my routine, tell me if I'm missing something...

I never eat 2 hours before bed, I always get 8hrs of sleep, I get up at 5am and immediately drink preworkout, apply IGF or any other supp Im using. I get ready for the gym and usually have a min of 2 toilet trips before leaving the house to the gym. I work out, head home, eat some eggs, some chicken, drink a protein shake and a hour later coffee, followed by water all day...

Lately (2.5 weeks) my diet has been eating 90% meats only, and its 99% chicken but I snack on tuna from a can mixed with very little olive oil mayo and a sweet relish throughout the day. I will usually grab 1 grilled chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A for lunch and make fresh plain chicken (eat meat only) on the bbq at night... In between Im snacking on the tuna mix, fiber one bars, and nutri-grain bars...

5am - wake up, drink preworkout, apply supps
6am - gym
7am - breakfast
8am - coffee
10:30am - Grilled Chicken Sand on whole grain bun
12noon - tuna snack
2pm - fiber one/nutri-grain bar
4pm - bbq chicken
6pm - tuna snack
8pm - bed time

Im starting to wonder if I'm cutting out too many carbs and not eating enough meats or calories when I'm eating? Also remember Im 100% Natural right now and 3 days off IGF

I just started taking a new supplement called Isatori bio-gro. A lot of guys use it in between cycles it actually has a form of oral Igf-1 in it. It might help you make the transition. The first day I started taking it my muscles felt heavier in a good way not pumped but just heavy and full. I've been sore every day I've used it. It's supposed to enhance your preworkout and your post-workout by delivering the aminos faster to the muscles. That's what its made for really post workout. But alot of guys say it really enhances preworkout. I agree. I don't know if you are supposed to abstain from igf in general but it's just a suggestion. $21 free shipping ebay. Says 60 servings but it will really be more like 30 for bigger guys. i do 2 scoops one with pre one with post. Good luck.
 
its probably just another off day brutha, and i wouldn't go trying all kinds of other products to get a pump or strength up, when we come off our cycles no matter what they consisted of, we need to readjust to being normal again, for however long that may be until your ready to hit your cycle again. I think you just need to work through it brutha until ur ready to hit up the "sups" again!
 
The first thing you need to do when you wake up is drink a fast absorbing protein drink your muscles are starved! Then eat a light breakfast. Relax for an hour then take your preworkout on an empty stomach or at least semi empty. Then hit the gym. With some gas in the tank. Get up earlier and eat something. I don't know how people can workout in a fasted state.
