Ok guys wanted to get some input from more seasoned guys. First I am not looking to do a show just personal goal.I wanted to get bf % down to 8 to 9 %. Stats now are Ht 6 01" wt 207 bf around 13 to 15. would like to get there by mid june. Would like to know when you guys think i SHOULD REALLY BUCKLE DOWN ON DIET. Also adding cardio right know I do very Little.

My supplements willl be
Aqua burn & cyto burn
Test prop and sume Test e
Masteron prop
Also may run 10 mg of nolva a day just to keep water down
Going to keep all doses as low as posssible may adjust as needed as this is only my fourth cycle. Have to done Ph in past. I value you guys experience and knowledge I have read alot of it so let's hear it.
I know everyone is different what works for sum may not work for me.
 
Start getting used to reading labels and knowing how many calories are in everything you put in your mouth. Come up with a diet and a calorie number you want to consume per day. Everything except nonstarchy vegetables. Figure out how many calories are in one carrot, one half potato, 1 half cup of corn etc. Make it easy on yourself. I did a 3 month fitness competition and lost 72 lbs in 94 days. My goto meal was one quarter cup of cooked lentels cooked with mirepoix and beef boulion. I would eat with it one stalk celery and 2 florretts of fresh broccolli. That was about 80 calories. Somedays I would eat that 4 times a day with one 20g protein drink after I worked out, plus a good multivitamin. That's 400 calories on the dot. When I thought I needed it i would weigh out 2oz of chicken. Which is 80 calories. Obviously you are going to want to bump up the protein and not be this strict but you get my point. Eventually you can just eyeball it. The point is figure out what you can eat that is low calorie that you can tolerate on a day-to-day basis for a lengthy period of time. Figure out your resting metabolism. Buy one of those HR monitors that tells you how many calories you burn during your workout. Add those two together and you get your daily calorie expenditure. Subtract from that your daily calorie intake and you pretty much have a very accurate measurement of how much weight you are losing per day. The scale won't move every day because of your body being stubborn and water retention but if you stick with it, it will all even out in the long run. I calculated to within 1 lb 3 months in advance how much weight I was going to lose IF I stuck to my diet. I didn't win but I came in fourth place with $500 and a free year at the gym. Just remember if you want to lose weight you either have to 1. Diet or 2. Do Cardio. Both together and you are going to to some damage. You might need a set of those fat calipers to guage your results better. GOOD LUCK!

I honestly wouldn't change anything until you start running gear. Maybe your diet a bit and cut out the non essentials like junk food and sugar and see how your body is. Im happy as long as I'm losing 2lbs a week. I don't believe in drastic changes because thats where I run into trouble and start binging. I'd just add some cardio 3-4 times a week for about 30 minutes and then check pictures at the end of the 2 weeks. After a few weeks of changes you can see when you can add some cheat meals in. I eat Five Guy or CHipotle Burrito's on leg days as post meal and I do legs twice a week. Remember you're not competing so there no sense in killing yourself and get burned out.
 
I'd toss in an ECA or yohimibine on the weeks you don't have clen (aquaburn) in the stack. Remember bro you may not even lose much weight when you add gear in but look freaking awesome. Look at pictures, ditch the scale for a few weeks.

Ok well if your sitting at 15% now and wanna get down to 8% then to answer your question... you need to start right now!

And 8% is not generally where guy who diet for personal fitness sit at. 8% is low bro, most guys who compete and tell everyone they're 4% bf, well 99.999% of those guys are really around 7-8% which is shredded!
 
So true. 15% bf with some muscle looks pretty awesome.

That's why I said just wait until you get on gear, your body will change if you work your ass off. Even though you may still not be at the bf% you want to be at.

My diet is already pretty clean I just dont measure my foods. I have started to trim carbs now got to cut out the occasional junk and really watch sugar intake.My concern is not losing my hard earned muscle while cutting fat so I will take it slow and adjust calories as my body needs. Thanks for the input guys I will update on progress. Also I will be adding MC Igf 60 to 80 mcg a day

I changed my diet, cut out all sugars, watch my calorie intake, and added a hour of cardio 3 times a week. I put down the weights for 2 weeks, I started with an hour of cardio everyday for 2 weeks. Treadmill on highest incline at 3.5 for 14 days straight, the fat slowly melted away...

Now I watch my calorie intake, cardio 3 times a week for an hour and weights for 4 days....big change
 
So guys I took yalls advice and started by cutting my carbs back and already guys are telling me my back has gotten extremely wide. By the scales I,m about same weight as 10 days ago I will add some cardio in couple weeks but for now just hitting it hard in gym 4 to 5 days a week.Also cut my test back to 250 mg a week untill I started my masteron and test prop around april to mid april.Also added 20 mg a day of nolva as i noticed little bit of itching around nipplesjust a precaution. I can really notice my pumps are insane for whatever reason maybe the nolva?Thanks guys I will keep posted as I progress and really buckle down to hit my goal.
