I know it's a little late for a new year thread, but in general what are your goals that you want to accomplish by the end of the year AND how are you going to make them happen? 10 months is a lot of time.
My goal is to try to gain a lean 7-10 lbs and still stay within reach of the 198lb weight class (which is conveniently a class in both bbing and powerlifting). I'm around 205 now. I'm going to reach this goal by keeping the calories very high through high fats and protein but low carbs, continuing with the no shirt diet, and maybe running a prohormone or two.
Another goal is to standing press 315 and 225x10, bench and incline 405 with a pause consistently and make it like a could triple it, squat 605 to depth with wraps and a belt, and deadlift 700lbs. That would give me a somewhat respectable total at 198 of 1710. To meet these goals I think I need to consistently hammer out high volume bbing style training and accessory work and program the heavy stuff intelligently.
I'd also like to master random lifts like a 335+ btn press, 155+ 1 arm snatch, 1000 lb + partial squats, and maybe a 450+ front squat.
