Quick question, I just placed an order from these guys and paid via W.U. Got an email saying they couldn't get my payment under the name they told me to use, and to change the pick up name on the W.U. W.U. won't make the change and say I gotta cancel the first one and send another. Anyone else run into this? I'm a newbie and my first time using W.U. Thanks!

Dude call the number on the reciept and tell them you mispelled the pick up name. Easy. Should take 5 minutes.

Tried that. Got bounced around and they finally told me the name I had listed is banned and can't get money in that country anymore. So, they couldn't change the name. I had to cancel and go create a new order with the new name I was given.

Oh yeah, I've had that happen a few times. Man those fuckers on the phone grill you and you just feeling like saying fuck it and lose the cash. Just stick to your story you tell them because they can refuse if you start to sound shady like you're trying smuggle nuclear weapons.

Well, I hope Defmetallifter has better luck then I did. 2nd order cancelled for same reason - person no longer allowed to get money at WU. Damn! Back to square 1.
