good question, unfortunately i haven't a clue brutha, but ill bump this up for those who know

As general health I don't think there is a limit or minimum. To lower RBC just go whenever bro. It comes down to if you think it's right in someone receiving your blood since AAS is not a test administered but they ask if you've ever injected anything and that is an automatic disqualification. The blood gets thinned out and mixed up but still, I'm not sure how much more after that. Personally I get private labs done for $50 and there are a ton of coupons floating around sites for them.

at the united blood service they said i can donate every 8 weeks or 16 weeks with a double red blood cell donation, they also gave me a list of banned drugs, test and aas arnt on it but i think hgh was and so was acutane ? i just wonder which way lowers hematocirt the best ? once every 8 weeks or a double every 16 ?

Not sure how that part works but I know they "thin" the blood which may mean filter but I'm not sure. I always figured if they are asking if you've ever injected something into yourself there is a risk so I don't want to pass that along.

Not 100% sure on frequency but I don't see a down side to going a few times a year.
Both will reduce hematocrit (obviously), but double red blood cell donation will lower it the most at one time. Not everyone is eligible to donate that way, and they told me they were looking for specific blood types the last time I did it. Here's some resources:
