What's up guys I been using this site since I was in college in 08 but lost my old account bc I lost my college email.. I'm 27. 5'8 and weighed in 162.6 this morning... I had cut down from 172 to 157 from November 15-jan 15 and been building since jan 15th till now....but on 5.6 pounds not bad, most of which is muscle.. I'm eating a clean 2700 calories a day. 203 protein, 333g carbs (100g carbs of dextrose/maltodextrin post workout ) and 63 grams fats on workout days and recovery days 220g protein, 256 complex carbs, and 68g fats.... Now when bulking you put on fat.. I got Memorial Day weekend in 6.5 weeks.. So this week I started igf-1 (muscle chemistry's) of course 30/30 post workout (i workout 4 days a week (shoulders/biceps, quads/hams/calves, recovery day, then Chest/triceps, shoulders/traps, then 2 recovery days) ... My nutrionist/trainer is very big into all natural.. But I want to continue on the bulking diet and some how shred this fat.... What else can I take? I didn't tell him about the igf-1.. ..I haven't given it much of a chance yet but I wanna stack some other things (non natural stuff) but I don't wanna mess with my test levels so cycling is out of the picture.. I also take vit d and c , zinc, tribulius, and DAA to boost test levels in the morning.. Vitamin b with citrullone Malate and Beta alinine pre workout and beta alanine, l-leucine, alpha lipoic acid with 5g creatine post workout. I take the dextrose/maltodextrin right with that stuff and the off right before.. What can I do to gain mass and cut fat?
