Need expert advice

What's up guys I been using this site since I was in college in 08 but lost my old account bc I lost my college email.. I'm 27. 5'8 and weighed in 162.6 this morning... I had cut down from 172 to 157 from November 15-jan 15 and been building since jan 15th till now....but on 5.6 pounds not bad, most of which is muscle.. I'm eating a clean 2700 calories a day. 203 protein, 333g carbs (100g carbs of dextrose/maltodextrin post workout ) and 63 grams fats on workout days and recovery days 220g protein, 256 complex carbs, and 68g fats.... Now when bulking you put on fat.. I got Memorial Day weekend in 6.5 weeks.. So this week I started igf-1 (muscle chemistry's) of course 30/30 post workout (i workout 4 days a week (shoulders/biceps, quads/hams/calves, recovery day, then Chest/triceps, shoulders/traps, then 2 recovery days) ... My nutrionist/trainer is very big into all natural.. But I want to continue on the bulking diet and some how shred this fat.... What else can I take? I didn't tell him about the igf-1.. ..I haven't given it much of a chance yet but I wanna stack some other things (non natural stuff) but I don't wanna mess with my test levels so cycling is out of the picture.. I also take vit d and c , zinc, tribulius, and DAA to boost test levels in the morning.. Vitamin b with citrullone Malate and Beta alinine pre workout and beta alanine, l-leucine, alpha lipoic acid with 5g creatine post workout. I take the dextrose/maltodextrin right with that stuff and the off right before.. What can I do to gain mass and cut fat?
 
Drink about 1.5 gallons of water a day.. I take like 15mg of adderall I day I think that might hold back muscle gains idk.. But I wanna take whagever I can to get as big and cut as possible.. My diet is almost perfect.. What u guys think about riptropin?
 
So you want to bulk and cut at the same time.

First thing is shift your training to heavier weight because that will improve metabolic needs.

Diet wise: Don't count calories and cut out all the carbs that are not within an hour before or after training. Even when I'm "bulking" which I do almost year round I do this. There's no reason for that many carbs IMO. Calories = growth. Keeping that in mind, take in as much fat and protein as you can right up until you train, then pound the carbs pre, during, and post training.
Example template:
Breakfast: 2 scoops protein, peanut butter, cottage cheese, ice, water all blended in a blender.
Meal 2: 7 eggs scrambled with cheese, turkey bacon
Meal 3 (pre training): protein, oats, turkey sandwich
During workout: gatorade
Post workout: Protein
Whole meal Post Workout: whatever carb + 8oz of meat
Pre bed: as much fat and protein to satisfy you

Supplements: cut out the powder carbs IMO, also add in an ecay stack and do starved cardio 3+ days a week.
 
there is an all natural trainer at my gym. He is 6' and a buck 20 and sprints across the gym sometimes. he knows everything just ask him. He can wrap you in bands so you can hardly move and then attach a sled to you and make you shimmy across the gym carpet. I just eat my chicken rice and veggies with a cookie here and there, go deadlift, squat, press from the rack and bench.. bascically try to cause myself to nearly die, and sleep when I can. I have 100 lbs of lean muscle on him and can use him to do bent arm presses if I scare him stiff.
 
I don't know where to get ecay I want to take that.. And yes I'm going to "empty stomach" cardio in the morning. I burn 100 calories post workout the 4 days I workout I forgot to mention.. So Ill do fasted cardio as much as I can
 
I don't agree with taking out carbs that's aren't around my workout..A majority is morning, pre workout and a fast burning cArb immediately post workout

I take in 10 grams of fat from 2 whole eggs and 10 grams of fart from 93% lean turkey everyday. To boost my test. My trainer is official he got a bunch of pros.. With a bulking diet and ecay is it possible to still Gain muscle but burn off fAt?
 
And how do you approach the pharmacy for ephedrine? What do u ask for

After doing research it looks as if it would be much more effective during a calorie defecit diet .. I only got like 5 pounds of fat down there. I'll just switch to a cutting diet for a few weeks.. How long can ecay be effectively run?

If you were me and just started taking igf... And was plannig on going 50 days post workout on workit days only. Gunna bump up to 40/40 soon. Should I do all 7 weeks bulking then cut like. 3 weeks with ecay or use igf with bulking diet 4 weeks then 3 weekends of cutting with igf + ecay?
 
I don't think that turkey is actually 93% lean. Post up the nutritional information i.e. total calories and fat grams per serving.

ask the pharmacist for primatine tablets and be ready to show ID. just dont do it more than twice a month. google or search this site for ECA or ECY stack that will help you out on dosing and length of cycle. i wont use it more than a month and sometimes just preworkout or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

if they dont have primatine brand you can get the store brand if they dont have the store brand lock your doors cuz meth heads
 
Yeah rays I'm taking mc igf-1.. I've taking it like 10x before it's awesome . Starting with 30/30 for 1st week then. 40/40.. If I take it Preworkout.. U do u mean win Preworkout meal which is like 1.5 hours before I lift or with Preworkout drink which is like half hour before
 
If you are trying to get leaner and bigger, carb manipulation is the key. All the classical bodybuilders did it and most modern powerlifters do it. And pretty much every primitive society had no problem eating all meat diets and being 10x as jacked as the modern man. You should give it a try. If things aren't working, you have to change something to get results right?

If you aren't sub 10% year round, what you're doing isn't working. I'm just saying that long term, diet is sustainable while ECAY stack, peptides, gear ect is not.
 
I'm not quite understanding that. I'm not less than 10% body fat but I would like to be... I may do the ecay. Finish up the next 6 weeks bulking with igf-1 while my carb intake is high, then immediately after go to a calorie defecit and do the ecay and just try n knock every ounce of fat off In 3 weeks.. I'll prob be like 14% body fat when I'm down with igf unless it burns more fat than I remember time will tell... But please do explain ur comment cuZ I def wouldn't mind being sub 10% body fat year round... I won't do roids though.. Igf-1 ecay things like that, that don't mess wit ur test levels
