Hey guys super excited about this and will keep up to date as time goes by.
Current stats are as follows
Height:5'11 (without heels)
Weight: 195 (just shredded up for my first show was 179, but some nice bulk back on)
Gear: 500mg test E, pinning twice a week 250mg Monday and Thursday
12 weeks. Have nolva on hand.
Pct 2 weeks after last pin
nolva: 40-20-20-10 till gone
arimadex:1mg a day first week
After will be 1/2mg eod
 
So i am actually on my second week of this cycle so far did my third pin this morning(Monday) i choose to pin in the quad just out of ease of access as i pin myself. Many have told me leading up to this that pinning on the outer quad sweep would be excruciating but either i'm just a beast(unlikely) or the gear is just damn butter smooth(more likely) being my third pin i have noticed i don't knot up and i don't notice that i am overly sore in the injection spot the next day or so(do legs on Wednesday and have no issue with discomfort). Guy told me the stuff would be super smooth but quad sweep injections always hurt, thankfully i do not notice this lol.
As far as any strength goes not sure that i can say i am much "stronger" per say but my drive is amazing(not sure if placebo or gear lol) did shoulders today and during side raises with 45s it only took me 10 or 15 seconds to feel ready to go again and my raw energy kept climbing. again not sure if this is really the gear or just being psyched in the gym.
My weight however is up i'm around 200, 202 depending. people around me are also saying im looking alot "puffier" in the face so probably not a bad sign lol
One thing i forgot to add in the beginning is diet. My diet will change and of course during the off season i am allowing myself somewhat more frequent cheat meals.
Diet is as follow:(please keep in mind as a natural i was eating over 6500 calories a day and still not gaining any weight) I will be changing things as i feel my body needs and incorporating more into the diet as time goes by, mostly just adding more protein and fats where applicable and will probably rearrange a meal or two when my appetite finally climbs back into more of a working order. So to clarify this is not what i will be eating the whole cycle just a outline that will increase.


Meal 1 8-9am(Breakfast): 6 whole eggs(i don't do whites because my body does extremely well on fats), 3 pieces of cheese, 2 pieces of toast with 3 tbs raspberry jelly, 1 1/2 cups plain chex mix cereal, 2 cups vitamin D milk

I did leave out my post workout shake mainly because it is simply an extra 50grams of protein and minimal carbs, fats and low cal, in addition if i have the chance i usually just opt to eat immediately after the gym.
My current supplements are quite simple.
2 packs of Animal Pak multivitamin
3-4 grams of fish oil
Aminos during workout
8 capsules cycle assist
whey post workout(depending)
