if your speaking about my avatar photo, then i posted that pic in members photos along with my diet, and what i was on, it was called 7 week diet, I was clean of all gear, and just using IGF-1 lr3 the entire time for 7 weeks straight , i was logging my igf-1 lr3 usage with photos and totally clean of all steroids!

lol, no no bro I'm saying thats what I called it when i was logging it, i dieted down for 7 weeks clean other then igf-1 lr3 and took the photo, hence the name "7 week diet"

Impressive on several levels Boss!! To diet down just for vacation, totally clean from gear and using MC IGF exclusively, to see that quad pumped after being flaccid from the nerve damage and being brought back to complete health using MC IGF!!

You look stage ready and that Avatar is one hell of an advertisement Boss!!
