Diet mass/definition

What is your diet like in bulking phase and then in the definition?
How many calories and pro/carb/fat?:lurk:
 
Age: 42
5'11"
Just cut to 185 from 210
Carb cycle

2 days: 4000 cal 270 protein, 430 carbs,60 fat

3 days: 3100 cal, 270 pro, 290 carb, 40 fat

2 days: 1800 cal, 270 pro, 100 carbs,40 fat.

I adjust according to if I am looking to gain or lose.
I would add a high day and drop a low day to gain and vice versa to lose .
