Please help !! Clen and T3 cycle

Hi all i found this forum great and really helping. I'm 6 foot (183cms) and weighs 108kg (238lbs) . This year i dropped from 118 to 106kg in two months (feb march) on a clen only cycle 3 weeks on off with taurine only.After that i got super busy in studies. Now i'm going to gym since a month looking to drop more. I'm going to do clen and t3 cycle this way:
3 weeks clen only 60 to 160 and back to 60.
3 weeks clen off and T3 25 to 100 and back to 25
3 weeks clen only 60 to 160 and back to 60.


Is this okay ? I know clen and t3 combined can provide better results but i want to use clen alone t3 is mainly to use during off clen days. I'm clean at diet hitting macros 200-250.

Thing is i don't want any big muscles or cuts or anything. I just want to look in normal shape. My aim is to get into low 90s (92,93kg)

I can understand not wanting big muscles, but i can NOT understand NOT wanting cuts lol, really? And there is no need to ramp your clen back down in my opinion, t3 yes very important to ramp up and down, clen not so much, good luck brutha!

LOL from NOT wanting cuts i was clearing my intention is to loose fat and fat only :p Who doesn't love cuts and Thanks for reply. So you say i take clen 160 daily for three weeks or 120 first 160 second and 120 in third week ?

i would not start with 160mcgs clen daily, you need to work your way up, ramp it up and feel it out before upping the dosage. what i was saying is their is no real need to ramp clen down like their is a real need to do so with t3, and if you don't ramp t3 down properly it could permanently fuck up ur thyroid for life! Ive seen it happen to a good friend of mine many years ago, and he even knew better, but ran out at the peak of his t3 and his new t3 order never arrived and he suddenly stopped, and he got fat as fuck and has serious issues now
 
imo clen is ok to run off cycle as short runs of it should have some muscle sparing effects. T3 however, is catabolic and will break down your muscle if not taken with anabolics. I'd not run T3 without at least a moderate dose of test. 300-600mg

From break down your muscle you mean gains ? I really don't have any gains just normal body hardly trained muscles. Yes i'm training from last month but just to get rid of fat not to gain muscles. I'm taking 180-200gram protein daily in my diet i don't think there is any any need for running test or any other anabolic ? or there is ?

Yes got you during my last cycle of clen i was okay with it at 160mg ed thanks for info i'll not ramp down clen this time and oh yes T3 one have to take it serious and only start after having all doses.

if you're not concerned with muscle loss then you can run t3 without any anabolics. But t3 will cause muscle loss.

YES TOO MANY GUYS START THINKING THEY HAVE THE REST OF THEIR T3 ON THE WAY THEN SOMETHING HAPPENS AND THEYRE FUCKED! SO YEP
