yes it helps you keep gains if you plan to use it at end of cycle or bridge between cycles, i prefer to take igf with my cycles, but i have also used it as a bridge with great success
no bro, no one does the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off anymore, people did that like 10 years or so ago, now days guys stay on igf for months on end, i know i do and see my best gains from it sometimes 7 weeks into it. SO no need to do 2 weeks on and off, or 4 weeks on and off like some think, thats the old way of thinking and many people have used it, reviewed it, and the general consensus is igf does not need to be stopped after just 2 to 4 weeks. You can run it for a while bro with great success
and yes each vial is 1mg which is 1,000mcgs , so if you do 100mcgs per day, then thats 10 days worth in one bottle. for 2 months cycle i would start with 4 bottles and see how it goes front here
