You know about June bugs right? They appear in early Summer, hang around for a while, they make a gross crunchy sound when you step on them, then presto, they gone till next yr.

In the gym biz we call the Nwe Yrs ones January bugs. Bothersome yes, but damn they sign a 1 or 2 yr contract to come one month then Presto, they gone till next January. They are essential to cash flow

Lucky, I thought about relocating, you're SE right? Running behind tonight just got in from the gym and took the dog for a walk, and fuck me its 12 degrees ambient with -3 or so with windchill fuck that noise, and I'm "technically" in the south haha.

yeah it was fucking 19 degrees here yesterday and that was the fucking high! hate it
 
LOL yesterday morning it was -12 degrees at my house and I hit one valley on the way to works that drop to -17 a high of 9!!!!!!!!!
atop Mt. Washington it was -30 with a wind chill of -74 sounds fun
 
Jesus Teeg fuck that haha. I used to hate the heat, however as I get older I hate the cold more and more. I was actually thinking of looking into a transfer to AZ, or FL since either could be an option for me, but I have a lot of roots here. Decisions decisions.

and I am more ready by the day, down about 3.5 inches of fat off of my stomach and down total of about 6% body fat. I figure probably around 5 more weeks and I will be content with upping the calories a little.

OK- well last night really sucked--- I have been doing well in cutting- down 24lbs, so I thought I would amp up my clen dosage.
Went too much- after I finished cardio last night, I felt sick. Come to find out I was dehydrated and my electrolytes were fucked up (after you have done this a few times, you learn the symptoms). Then the cramping started, fingers, toes, hamstrings, side abdominals). So after a few quarts of gatorade and a few bananas, I am good. The things we do in the quest for bettering ourselves... And I will tell you as you get older, it feels so much worse...

yuck man, havent ran clen in a while, but I have taken too much before. I took 200mcg's one time on accident, ended up in the ER getting some shit they give coke addicts lol, told them i took some ephedrine I had a bad reaction to. Throwing up and all kinds of shit, scared the hell out of me.
 
I fucking hate clen! Its way too strong for me, although most everyone i know or read about loves the stuff! Thankfully I've only tried it twice and never had any really bad issues, but i will say this, guys who know how to use it right, really really get shredded nicely and fast as hell!

See I loved it too worked great for me. Except for that one time which was a mislabeled bottle, it's been amazing. I can tolerate it more then caffeiene. Gonna start a new thread about non stimulant fat burners maybe. Thought about just getting some green tea since the caffeiene is low in it, but i consume no caffeiene at all zero, work 12 hour days 5 to 6 hours of sleep and go non stop and I'm proud that I don't need it to keep me going. Plus it gives me anxiety like a mother fuck since it's been over 6 months since I've even had a coke with it in there.

good stay that way brutha! Cause if i don't get my ECA stack in every day i feel shitty, and i think its more caffeine related, as i get headaches if i don't have caffeine in my system

I am slowly getting there, really trying to go slow to keep as much muscle as possible, maybe even add a little LBM as I go from muscle memory and the gear. My upper abs are slowly coming in still. I think by end April I will be around 10% range and hopefully wont be losing much more weight, I have done well so far just gotta stay consistent which has not been a problem as of yet. I live in the south central so no beach or anything really to motivate staying super lean all year, but come later this year I am most likely going to be landing near the coast so I'll have incentive to stay ripped all year long now haha. Can't wait.

Things going well here to far- down 45. I am comfortable at 260-270 , started at 290 last November, haven't been 245 in years. I am using drol to help muscle loss, and it seems to be working. Combo of clen and t3 in fat loss with cardio in the morning and before evening workouts. Hate it but will see where it shakes out.

Nice brother, good to see you back leaning up for the summer. I hate losing the weight but I can't wait to get the remainder of this stubborn fat off. Keep working hard we will get there. I bet that anadrol is doing great for holding on to the mass and keeping the bigger weights pushed.

You bring up a great point- there is some fat that is really stubborn and as you get older, it gets hard as hell to get rid of it....

You bring up a great point- there is some fat that is really stubborn and as you get older, it gets hard as hell to get rid of it....

I hear ya there. Figured since I got the flu and lost weight I might as well keep it going and start leaning now for spring. Ive lost 15lbs so far and im feeling the low bf with that drained feeling, but im down to 255 at over 6ft. I assume my bf is around 12 or lower, was at 16 this winter.
