12 Week Show Prep - Already pretty lean.

Week 1 - until it gets here

Half cc sust - 1cc tren ace (100mg)
1.)Prami, nolva and adex in hand
2.)b/c my mast and test prop are late

Week 2-10 - Mon/Wed/Fri - (gonna use the bottle of sust till its gone to keep a bottle of test prop)
1cc test prop (or half a cc of sust)
1cc mast prop
1cc tren ace

Mon-Fri - IGF-LR3 - 100mcg sub injection - stomach
HCG - 500 per week

10 eggs-one yolk with half cup of oatmeal
8oz lean steak 8oz sweet potato
8oz chickn or fish with 5 spears of aspargus every meal except post work out
Post work out - Scoop waxy maize, 2 scoop whey isolate


QUESTIONS:

Should I sub inj the IGF-lr3? I was told for 8 to 10 weeks in the stomach it would just help lean me out? Will it enlarge my mid section? Sorry if this seems novice. I have im injected it before.
----> If I should sub inj it, Wake, BCAA's, fasted cardio, then inj it after I shower? That's when I'll pin the 3cc's.

Should I run the HCG through out or save it for PCT. I have a lot.

How long is to long to run HCG?

Is my diet retarded?

no it will not enlarge your midsection using the igf-1 in stomach subq, you'll be fine and still lean out nicely. and yes if your doing fasted cardio i would use the igf post cardio with clean carbs and loads of protein

as for your cycle I'm not sure what "1cc" consists of dose wise with your listed compounds, so its tough to say as some tren ace is 50mg/ml or 75mg/ml or 100mg/ml and same goes for the other steroids, so its tough to say without knowing the doses,

your diet looks light on protein to me, and what show are you doing brutha? either way best of luck to you!

sorry i see ur tren is 100mg/ml but still not sure about prop and sustanon doses or masteron, I'm sure they're probably the normal 100mg/ml but could be different with al the ug shit out now days lol,

My bad. Everything is 100mg per cc except the sust is DP 350. Will crop some pics soon. Gotta be careful in the event my goofy ass actually gets a card. IKR?

This was November, after the show, dried out, no pump. I fattened a bit since, but pastey white, anytime of day, you can still see my abs. Really excited about this run.
