Question for anyone with HMB in your house

I just got a kilo of HMB in and want someone out there to tell me what yours smells and/or tastes like. I am assuming it's in capsule form if you have it. If so, dump some out and let me know.

Since it is an expensive supplement, with results often deemed too mild to warrant the cost, I ordered a bulk amount to try out the results from hefty dosing at a discounted price. Yes, I know there are a million other supplements to spend my money on, I spend my money on them, so spare me...

Anyway, I'd appreciate someones feedback on the taste/smell. I want to make sure mine is legit without buying an expensive bottle of it to compare.

I don't want to tell you what mine tastes and smell like to sway your response. All I can say is it's tough manually swallowing 10g 3-4 times a day.

Hey Big Josh welcome back, I agree HMB smells aweful and those burps are nasty. eat food on top of taking it and you can also mix it with something. I used to do Fruit Punch Kool aid packets.

Leucine is a great supplement to substitute, just don't go over the recommended dosage.

BigJosh has been a member here since 2001 !!! Holy Shit! 14 long years baby, and he is still going strong! I would venture to guess 99.9999% of members from that era here are now fat, over weight and hating life lmao, I hope not of course but 14 years is a long time to let ones self go
