I went to order and it said cash on delivery what's that mean? There wasn't a option for WU or money gram, only cash on delivery so I held off from ordering for now

i didn't see any information under the "delivery information" tab. maybe because I was using my phone, not sure...?
US Domestic or International? some pretty good prices on there
