yeah she put on lean quality muscle, but she mainly used it pre contest for muscle sparing effects, so she got pretty shredded and didn't lose an ounce of muscle during this time. She loved it honestly! I think she used 30mg daily, not entirely sure as this was a long time ago lol
yep, she has a few journals around here someplace as she logged every pre contest prep with her training as eel as every single meal every day, from fats, to carbs to proteins, she was quite meticulous and it worked very well for her!

Please try to post...... my wife is mid cycle of anavar and is her first time using. So far so go, she says she feels more energised. The only side effect with her so far is a heavier period. This is the opposite of what she has read about anavar and the effect of a womens period. I'll try to get her on here to post..
