My stats are as follows

weight 91kgs
height 6ft 1
body fat 21%

ive been on nandro now for about 9 months and tbh haven't seen one bit of difference. Back in august my lung collapsed and haven't trained since (due to weak lung) starting the gym back up on Monday I've done a course of hcg and just wanted your info on the next step for me? Was thinking of doing sus n deca? Any comments would be really appreciated

I also had a Spontaneous Pneumothorax(collapsed lung) when I was in my early 20's, it popped while doing incline dumbbell flies! That chest tube they stick in you is the worse pain I've ever been in! and They need to keep you wake while they cut through and push the tube in to blow ur lung back up, did you have all that done as well? I was in bad shape from thats hit , They also forgot to unclamp the tube near the machine, so they had to keep pushing the tube in my lung in different places cause it wasn't blowing up, and then i heard the nurse try whispering something to the doctor, and she was trying to tell him on the sneak tip that he forgot to take the clamp of the air hose! Fucking prick stuck that tube in me repeatedly all cause they forgot to unclamp the air hose, and he kept blaming me, yelling stay still son stay still! prick

also i don't know what 91kgs is, i only know my pounds sorry, and what is nandro? Nandrolone decanoate?? is that what you mean, and if you have been taking anything at al for 9 mnths and not seeing any gains its obviously worthless stuff!

A sustanon and deca cycle would be solid brutha, also you do know your chances of another collapsed lung ar 50% once it happens the first time, so be careful bro, Last August wasn't that long ago! I would build up slow and steady brutha

my lung actually collapsed twice I had it suctioned firstly that was very painful then I had the pipe through the side attached to the bucket of water, worst feeling ever when they pull the pipe out its nasty lol
sorry I was on nandro test for about 9 months and didn't see no gains in my self the the Kung collapsed I couldn't do anything so I took hcg on Wednesday and now wanna start lifting again but to hopefully see some quick gains.
Any ideas on dosages through the week I was thinking 1ml sus 1ml of deca twice a week?

Btw 91kgs is 200 pounds

traditional sustanon blends should be injected every other day , but depends on what your sustanon blend is, as many ug companies call their stuff sustanon and have weird blends, so its hard to say how to dose it unless i know the break down of it

and yes My lung collapsed only once thank the good lord that shit is Painful! and yep i had the tube in my lung through my side and blood and shit being sucked out to the side of the hospital bed for over a week, it sucked balls

do you get any discomfort now due to your lung because I do get short of breathe easy and I sometimes get a shooting pain in my chest/side

For many years i would get a funny feeling whenever i would touch the area where the chest tube was inserted, i guess they hit a nerve cause i would feel a funny sensation in a total different area in my chest and back away from the area being touched, it was weird. and yes I get short of breath easily in humid weather, the more humid it is outside the more i can feel that particular lung being taxed!!!

But overall its held up well thank the good LORD Almighty!

There was a guy in high school who had a lung that would always collapse. I remember his scars between his ribs where they stuck the tubes to reinflate them. Looks and sounded painful, when he described it.

yeah getting the chest tube inserted into your lungs between your ribs is more painful than the actual collapsed lung ,
