As if there's anything DLB can't do...
Clothing company owner, internet icon, Ms. Physique Olympia, Ms. Physique International runner-up, role model, fitness model - And soon to be American Ninja Warrior.
American Ninja Warrior is a sports entertainment competition spin-off of the television series Sasuke, in which competitors try to complete a series of obstacle courses of increasing difficulty called "stages".[SUP]1 [/SUP]The show has been on since 2009, and so far, no one has even won the GRAND prize. On top of that, only three women out of 60 on the show have ever fully completed the course.

Recetly, Dana has announced that she will throw her hat in the ring, and will be competing in ANW! If you follow her Youtube channel, you'll know she's been praciticing like a fiend, even going so far as to purposely seek out gyms specifically built for American Ninja Warrior practice. This woman is a boss, and there's no doubt in our minds that she'll OWN this next adventure!

you guys get that ninja program as well do you..i watch it sometimes looks fun..we must of stole it from you guys

Lol hell no ninja warrior was on for like 15 years in Japan and then America came through and spiced it up its pretty darn entertaining to watch.

That is one brutal course they have to go through. It will be interesting to see how DLB does.

I've always wondered as well how I could do. I think most athletes with quick feet and fast twitch muscles could do well.

Lots of endurance though, cardiovascular wise as well as muscle endurance some of that stuff there basically hanging from bodyweight for 4 or 5 minutes and maneuvering the course

yeah i can tell you right now, if a competition has to do with endurance or cardio, I'm getting my ass kicked! I use to watch Survivor with my wife regularly many years ago and I would always want to do those competitions , but some of them endurance shit i would blow at! But if you need speed and strength for less then a minute and half, I'm your guy lol, if were doing anything longer than that, I'm not ur guy lol

My endurance is pretty good unless I'm on the tren train then lets just say it's very sad.

lol I can totally do that course no problem..

Damn Presser, you have a lot of confidence in her
