Anyone familiar with Swiss Bars?

Been thinking on getting one for the gym, heres one of the less expensive bars, anyone ever use one? Any feedback? thanks

i never used a large one like that , i have used the smaller versions for hammer curls and such, but even then i only used it a couple times in the last 20 years lol though the bog one you have photoed here looks good for bench and hitting triceps on the flat bench

Yes thats whats it for, keeps the hands at a different angle. I too have a much smaller tricep bar, but nothing like this one

I have one from Rogue. I love it. Can't wait for days I get to use it.

Not yet, I had some unexpected bills come up
Next month...now my manager (and ex GF, sorta) of 8 yrs gave me her 4 wk notice shes leaving, so trying to digest all this what gym will be without her after all these yrs.....I'm kinda bumming, really dont like hiring someone new then training them for weeks on end and dealing w/all the mistakes etc.....arghhhh
