Stomach issues/Diet/Getting enough calories

I had my gallbladder taken out about two years ago now, and I continue to have stomach issues. It causes me to get nauseous sometimes when I eat so I have been having a hard time getting the calories. That's pretty much the one singular thing that is holding me back. I was up to 215 3-4 years ago, and I've dropped to 197 which really sucks (although some of that might be from tren). Has anyone else had this type of issue and what did you do to get around it? If I can figure out a way to eat and get the calories in, I am sure I could gain back the weight and size I lost.

Yes, but there's still a lot of volume. My stomach doesn't let me eat a lot at one time so if I fill it up with a shake, there's no eating regular food until it has cleared out. What I'm looking for is more calories condensed in a smaller volume. I've seen the small liquid protein in tubes in GNC (and some in Walmart actually) which have 42 gm of protein, but they sure are nasty tasting buggers, and they cost too much to get a lot of them. I even tried making my own "protein caramels" by mixing some whey protein into caramel that I made. Those actually worked pretty well, but I need to perfect the recipe.

The tren didn't make you loose that weight. I diet hard on tren and my body fat melts away but weight stays about the same due to adding muscle. :)

bro you might remember that i eat one solid meal a day, maybe two , but i don't eat shit man and can't eat a lot at a time either, and what i have found to be very beneficial to my adding a lot of muscle while not eating too much, is Daily Carb Cycling! You may wanna give this a shot, i won't eat shit all day long, maybe a couple protein shakes in morning and a couple mid day, but zero carbs! Then an hour before the gym i take my igf and then carb up like a maniac , then drink more carb/protien drink in gym throughout workout, then after gym i force as much protein and carbs into me as humanly possible, and its not a lot really.

Bottom line NO oNe and I mean absolutely NO ONE who has seen me and knows what i look like would believe me if i told them how much i ate daily .

I honestly think theirs a lot to be said for carb cycling daily! Training your body how to starve just right without eating away muscle and then hit it with some serious nutrients after an all day carb fasting!

You don't ned to eat much at all in my opinion to be massive as long as you know how to feed your muscles properly! That eat 5-8 meals a day is bullshit in my opinion, sure it works, of course it would lol, your eating ton of food, but it can be done with a lot less food man if you learn how to feed your body daily.

So its just my 2cents brutha lol, but maybe you can try daily carb cycling, I swear by it!!!! and my wife even says i eat like a fucking bird lol,

That sounds like it would work. I'll see if I can manage it.

And thanks to everyone for their input.

its worth a shot i promise ya, and i am pretty sure a couple other guys here do daily carb cycles, i think freakinthegym might too
