theres plenty of great information on this site that you can look up and read about. simply stating that you want information on mass builders is far too broad a subject. It's great that you want to learn but there's already a wealth of information at your fingertips considering you are in fact on the Internet.
For one thing if you ask a question like that I can almost guarantee you that members will first ask you your age, your training history, whether you've cycled before, etc. It's irresponsible to advise on anything without a bit of history.
