Help combat tendiniti

I'm at the end side of my 16 week NPP and test phenyl prop. Just like every single time I start making gains(not in cycle) I get tendinitis. It's starting to hurt pretty bad in my forearm and bicep. One reason I used NPP was to help with healing and its properties to help with tendons, I feel if I wasn't in NPP the tendinitis would be much worse. Anyways, any ideas how to help combat tendinitis for my next cycle? I would like to train harder next yime around.
 
rest is the only true healer for tendonitius once it starts hurting though for those who frequently get tendonitus, it would help to strenthen tendons with IGF which help promote collegen synthesis which is what tendons are made of. I have dont this for my tendonitus and havent had it in years

I have to strongly disagree with the first statememt about rest, and strongly agree with the statement about igf-1.

I had chronice medial epichondilitis (golfer's elbow) in both arms for years, and eventually developed lateral epichondilitis (tennis elbow) in my right. I had numerous cortisone injections, rest, ice, compression sleeves, compression namds, etc, etc. All gave some degree of relief temporarily, but none cured it permanently.

A sports medicine orthopedist started me doing wrist curls in every possible direction (supinated, pronated as well as laterally) with very light weight - just barely enough to feel it, but not enough to hurt (very much) - one set each exercise, 20 reps per set, every single day. I very gradually worked my way up in weight - I started with 5 lb dumbbells - going up in 1-1/4 lb incrememts. I bought magnetic "plate mates" for this but you could use a roll of pennies taped to your dumbbell. I kept at it and kept at it, knowingbit wouldn't work, but the mext step was surgery. I'd stay with a particular weight until it didn't hurt and then move up the 1-1/4 lbs or use both plate mates for 2-1/2 lb increase if it didn't hurt too much. This took months. But at first the 5 lbs hurt slightly, and I saw steady improvement, which told mebit was working. I still had pain when doing daily tasks, but could do 15 lb wrist curls without pain, so I kept at it. By the time I got up to 27-1/2 lb dumbbells I was pain free pretty much all the time. I kept this up until I was doing all 4 variations of wrist curls with 35 lb dumbbells one set each, 20 reps per set, every day. It took about 6 minutes to go through the whole routine each day.

I never would have believed this would cure the tendonitos, and I'd tried it before - but I started with 20 lbs before. Apparently way too heavy for what I was trying to accomplish.

I also used igf-1 during this process, at first without much success. I finally injected 100 mcg directly into the tendon using a tiny syringe (5/16", 31 gauge). This actually hurt like hell; it would throb for the rest of the day and hurt for several days afterward. So I'd do a shot in one elbow one day, the other elbow the next, wait a day and do again. This definitely jump started the healing process.

It's been about a year since the pain left me and it has not returned.

I know the exercise part of this is counter to what everyone here says, and counterintuitive, for that matter. But it's what worked for me.
