It would be the same as a cruise dose with any other test....just much more frequent pinning....and also taking into account the fact that TNE is 100% test whereas cyp and enth is closer to 80% if you account for the ester weight.
Let's say you're shooting for 200mg/week. Personally I'd pin 2x a day with TNE. So 200mg/7 days is about 28.5mg per day. Divide that into 2 doses per day and you're looking at 14.25mg per dose. I suppose its doable....but it would be tedious and you'd be a human pin cushion.

I think it's a bad choice for a cruise prop would be better

Why? There would be way too much pinning. Not worth it IMO. I agree with the others that prop would be better.
Next month when my shoulders are healed and I can lift heavy weights again I am going to run it at 600 mgs a week, injections eod. I like the hell out of this stuff! I was trying to figure out what else I wanted to run with it but have decided to just do it by itself until I can build my strength back up in my shoulders.
