B-12 injections

THE GRU

I wanted to pass my three week experience of B-12 IMJ's.
I've been preparing my body for the upcoming 12week cycle of Tren Ace. After reading several 100 pages of BroScience on SE of Tren the reduction in my cardio from the use of Tren is something I want to reduce as much as possible.
I've stocked up on B-12 from a very well reviewed source in Canada. Running 1,000mcg ED and today is day 21 and the results have been outstanding for me. BroScience has indicated also that Tren can cause gear users to become jerks so I am hopeful to kill two Tren Birds at once so to speak. I am feeling as chill as a Jamaican on the beach and cardio has improved I also will be running Super Caradine as well when Tren Ace cycle starts.

are there any articles that directly link b12 to better conditioning while on tren?

None. I have taken the BroScience I have read and tried to find a solution. B12 has properties that allow for stronger red blood cells and trials have shown a reduction in arty plaque. I believe that the high dosage of 1,000mg of Cypionate I've been crusing since 8/15 will tie well into mitigating SE of Tren. The Caradine has also been well reviewed with minimizing Tren cardio. Several users on MC like it. http://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/vitamin-b12/evidence/hrb-20060243

Going to run 7000mcg a week. Will see. Unfortunately I will not know if its the B12 or the Caradine or a mix of both that may provide efficacy? B12 however is cheap and certainly will assist with additional mental Well Being. The source of the B12 is PharmaGrade according to reviews.

From personal experience, B12 has not helped me with better conditioning.........Tren trumps all.

Will do Bro. I am finishing up a 7 days fast this Monday, have had only citrus and green vegetables in blender. Using SCRAM to exit parasites and running 6 caps of Liver Rejuvenate. So a week from Monday I will endeavor to begin Tren, Primo, Cypionate,MC IGF for 12 weeks

Let us know how it works for you. The Caradine is exp. exciting.

how many times are you gonna use the term bro science lmao, jesus, and for what its worth, broscience in alot of cases, trumps medical jargon, cause those mother fuckers dont know shit about this area, well most dont ,

I will say from experience buy B 12 from a good source . I was the test guy and bought some from a vet supply and quality wasn't near as good. Just ordered some more from one of our board sponsors as I have used them before and they are gtg. Most times you get what you pay for

It does not carry a negative connotation for me as it does for you. I have found over the past 10yrs that those with a passion have been able to surpass those with paper certs etc

Reviews are very important and 3rd party reviews are even more important. B12 has the ability to reverse and reduce nerve damage in some instances. I found this supplier on several pain sufferers sites..

Are you talking about methylated b12?? That's the shit, I use it on and off cycle. A lot more when I am on. The normal vet b12 I couldn't give a dry popcorn fart about.

It sounds like you have scoped it out well, and also sounds like you are going into cycle with liver squeaky clean. I wonder err if 1ml/day is a bit much? I am just asking, not combative. Wondering how you worked up the dosage regime? Only thing on to much is, not that it would hurt you perse, but might be a waste? Cheers.

Just answered myself by rereading post.....methylated b12 is NOT cheap. By a large factor. I bet those studies you quoted were centered around mb12,not straight vet grade b12.

This is not my original post, however it's also not broscience, it's facts, thought I'd throw it out there.
Please refrigerate upon receiving to prolong the shelf life, and I'd suggest buying just one at a time.
Methylcobalamin is not a controlled substance, so having it in your refrigerator is not a big deal. It's just "RX only."
***GREAT FOR USING IN PLACE OF BACTERIOSTATIC WATER. I reconstitute my HCG, HGH, peptides with this and it saves me an injection.

Methylcobalamin is the only active form of B12 found within the Central Nervous System (CNS). Benefits of Methylcobalamin supplementation include;

*Improves fat and carbohydrate metabolism
*Assists in the reduction of elevated Homocysteine. Elevated Homocysteine has been linked to increased cardiovascular risk of disease.
*Proven beneficial for symptoms of depression (i.e., supporting the production of serotonin and melatonin)
*acts as a methyl donor and participates in the synthesis of SAM-e (S-adenosylmethionine), a nutrient that has powerful mood elevating properties.
*Supports Immune system regulation
*Repair of damaged myelin sheath
*acts to reverse nerve damage and promote nerve cell regeneration
*Increased metabolic function
*Supports healthy red blood cells and is used to treat Anemia
*Protects against neurological disease and aging
*Improvement of mental dysfunction in the elderly
*Supportive treatment in HIV
*Useful in protocols for asthma and sulfite sensitivities
*necessary for the conversion of methylmalonate to succinic acid, an important Krebs cycle intermediate in energy production

I used to take b12 shots but then read studies that said unless you are deficient it doesn't improve health. If you have normal blood levels then increasing it doesn't make a difference.

Yeah it's definitely a waste. Anything not used will be flushed out if the body. Dosage was taken off the MayoClinic website for those suffering with B12 deficiency.. I was going to take the methylated B12 product but was concerned that I would be in grouping that suffers the severe side effects. I feel incredible on the product..

If I have the placebo effect then I am glad for it...the nice thing about b12 in this form is it does not hurt a person

I see your reasoning there, as far as using non mb12, one thing I will say, is for me, say I am using heavy trena, mast, prop,eq run, with orals on and off, I like the mb12. Noticeable difference in overall well being.

My Tren Cycle was part of my reasoning for the B12 amongst the other ancillaries I am running.

How can you tell if you B12 is Methylcobalamin? Will it say on the packaging.............I am assuming if it doesn't say anthing it is non Methylcobalamin?

Yes it should. I wanted to do methylvobalamin but I did not want to take a chance of the atrocious SE's. B12 is a very powerful neuroenhancer according to what I've read. I want to make sure my muscle tissue is responding to signals. I feel mentally sharper.
