Anyone know what tags and vectors are used with Acvr2b?

I'm looking into a few research companies that supply acvr2b without a researcher's permission code but in the clinical trials I have researched I cannot find what vector was used to deliver the acvr2b. A lot of companies also sell it with a tag, which tag, if any, is needed to inhibit myostatin?

I think you might be mixing up follistatin with acvr2b. Follistatin has been produced with and without tags. The tags themselves don't do anything that affect the muscle. They are for identifying or marking certain attributes in the substance. Because the tags are chemical in nature, some have reacted unfavorably to the tags which is why most recommend purchasing the compound without tags. I haven't seen acvr2b produced with tags (as of yet), and the vector for delivery has always been an intramuscular injection from a reconstituted lyophilized powder whereas follistatin has been delivered both via a virus vector and intramuscular injections.
