it has always helped me and my joints (the npp) but could be a number of factors bro, are you drinking enough water? Testosterone will also have this effect on your jonts, not sue if your using any testostrone or not, but it does cause joint issues in and of itself. I would try drinking a lot more water though, it has helped my joints in the past, but the deca should help with synovial fluid in your joints, and if you use IGF-1 lr3 i would up the dosage, as it helps with joints, through strengthening your tendons by way of collagen synthesis, but its hard to say, as there are a number of things that could cause this

Thanks guys!!! Yea Presser, I should up my water since I am probably not drinking enough during the day. I seem to drink more at night. And I am on Test Prop as well - 600mgs/week. I am just noticing more now. Could be the more weight I am pushing as well and hitting the gym hard.

Dimethyl sulfoxide is an old school trans dermal that has wonderful pain releaving quality for joints, tendons and muscle.........it seems too good to be true until you try it and find out it helps so much.

It does if you buy it at a farm store. The stuff I buy online is 99.9% pure and doesn't have a very harsh smell at all. FYI a 3oz bottle will last 2 years with daily use, stuff is the consistancy of water and last a long time as long as you don't spill it.

Give's your breath a strong garlic smell. I get DMSO at Southern States but you can also order it over the internet. It has strong anti-inflammatory effects and pain relief.
