Above all, you must know the dangers and how to take steroids safely.

Wait until you are of age


Starting to use steroids at too early of an age can cause numerous problems, not only physically but mentally as well since most 18-20 year olds are not mature enough to handle the elevated testosterone levels and ignore the media hype of “roid rage” and you can permanently damage your growth plates and HPTA.

If an off period is not taken, there is a higher chance for the negative effects of steroids to occur. If there is no off period the body does not have a chance to recover from the steroids, so more damage is done. So don’t forget that your body needs time to recover and this will also have a terrible effect on your kidneys and liver.


Maintain a proper diet


Eating healthy, whole foods with lots of protein is a surefire way to stay healthy on your cycle.
Remember that if you want to get as big as a beast you have to eat like one, so if it flies, crawls, walks or slithers eat it and chase it with loads of vegetables and fruits!


Many people ignore magazines and educators that explain eating as being an important asset to growing, as eating healthy has a big effect on the body. When on steroids, the user should consume between 4000 and 7000 calories a day. This diet must be high in calories and protein, but low in fat and most importantly you should eat 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of desired body weight. Trust me that your body will love you for it and you will have loads of natural energy to lift it like Arnold.


Maintain proper training


Note that when you are on steroids the training must be intense and difficult. Instead of the usual weight that suits you, you must do excess weight and strenuous work for the best gains. The workout should involve the maximum weight possible, and make progress each time and keep a log of all that you do.


Get regular blood tests


Keep in mind that Steroids are very dangerous and can cause great problems. Blood tests should be done often and regularly. When steroids are first taken many tests become elevated but will return to normal with in a few weeks. During the off period tests should also be done to make sure the body is recovering as it should be. If there is a problem with the Blood test, consult a doctor that you can trust.


Avoid outdated super-anabolics


Many athletes will increase their chances of getting negative effects when they take the wrong steroids. Always keep in mind that the strongest steroids that build more muscle mass have the most side effects. These drugs should be avoided if possible, unless there is a reason to have an unbelievable gain. Don’t forget that these drugs are very toxic and it’s better not to take them.
 
I started down the steroid path about 3 years ago & didn't know much about it. Had a buddy of mine hook me up & found out he wasn't much of a buddy. Didn't know anything about PCT & actually learned mine from YouTube videos with Rich Piana. Yeah I know a lot of guys don't like him but the info he shared, I followed up by googling & joining these forums which gave me even more info. My lack of knowledge at first has caused me to live the life of TRT. At 40, my test levels were 98 & I felt like total shit. Love the info & knowledge I've gained from these forums & hope the new guys learn from it as well
 
I could tell you some crazy things I did to listening to BroteinShakes. Thank goodness for MC putting us on the right path.
 
Toxicity to the liver and kidneys are one of the most overlooked issues with drugs...............I am amazed at how many guys on cycle will drink or pop a tylenol. I with there was more easy info on all the normal things we take that tax our kidneys and liver.

I think I am farily competant on liver taxers, but kidney taxers would be nice to know................I know that ibuprofen is hard on the kidney.

I also wish there was a scale of 1-10 on what everyday items are hard on both liver and kidneys.

Taking massive amounts of milk thistle. No read meat only fish.chicken. I never ever plan on going off Test C ..
