I bought some ephedrine hcl from pct-shop last week. My first plan was to inj. 25mg/.5ml before my 6 mile run in the a.m. Then another 25mg before the gym. Valkyrie was trying to explain it being a more clean feeling with no jitters. That's exactly what it's like. I hate that jitter feeling, that's why i quit taking 5 hr energy shots on my 7 hr drive home after a 12 hr shift. I took a caffeine pill and an aspirin with it. It felt great though, gave me energy and my run was allot better. Well a few hrs later i began to crash, so i said fuck it i'll take another 25mg and hit the gym. Had a good gym session, i really like the feel of it. (my first time taking any ephedrine) The only caffeine i get regularly is from my tea, so i'm sensitive to caffeine. Well the crash later on was horrible. I was so tired and droggy. The next day i only took 25mg and did 45min of cardio right before my weight session. Felt great , had a good workout. The crash was still there, not near as bad but felt a little down. The day after that i only took 11.5mg/.25ml and i felt it a little wasn't near as good as the 25mg of course. I didn't have a crash though later that night. I really wanna stick with the 25mg, is there anyway to ease the crash? Maybe take a couple caffeine pills a few hours later to ease the crash? or is that stupid? lol...... sorry if i had some bad sentences, ole lady is being a bitch and yelling at me. haha
