Aspiration

No evidence based practice says not to anymore. The American Nursing Association says it can damage the muscle and where injections are given there is little chance of hitting an artery or vein.

They also don't recommend pinning the dorsal glute (ass) anymore

No I don't either and I heard the glute is now considered bad also. Probably from tiny people getting their sciatic nerve hit. No worries bout that here.

I got the top glute and I don't aspirate either. So So many people do though so I was curious. Thing about the nurses association thing is that they are not usually shooting oil...

I don't aspirate either. I don't pin quads or glutes as of late. I prefer rotating shoulders and tricepts with a 1" x 25ga pin.

i have never once in my life aspirated lol, well maybe once or twice i think i might have, but ive done thousands of shots and never had any issue but once i hit a nerve and had a major problem for a while,

also i did not know that Iron-Game , thnx for the info,
