Got my training partner back!

So today will be the first complete rotation Silk and I have done together in nearly two years. This is Silks return to the gym after over a one year layoff due to health issues and my circumstances. It has been amazing. Workouts are so much more rewarding and I feel like I can focus on getting in good shape again. I used to train with CH3N02 on here and he was the best training partner I had to date. Unfortunately he was much stronger than I was on several things and I got hurt many times trying to keep up. Silk on the other hand is the total package. She encourages me to train smart and when she is into it.. she is INTO IT. I figure I have 2 months until the surgery. I'm going to see what I can do. I'm going to see if I can get Silk to do a log on here and I may even start it for her. She doesn't feel enough people are interested, but I tell her that the traffic is HUGE, but it's intimidating for others just as it is for her. Either way she'll be posting about her progress soon. She wouldn't allow a "before" pic, but it would blow you guys away if you saw the differences in 10 days...

you lucky dog! My wife and I just joined a new gym like 3 weeks ago but havent gone yet, but were going to be training together again and it will be the first time we trained together in over 10 years lol, I use to love training with her, so i know how you feel brutha! I think its awesome man!

I am pumped.. we have an amazing relationship so I actually really like it when I see guys and girls checking her out and even hitting on her. I've never seen a girl that attracts so many girls! I'm a very lucky guy. I'm going to be looking pretty good for surgery!! Lol!!
I've already heard "so when am I starting IGF?"

That's a blessing mine is sick now and it will be a while before she trains with me agin I miss her at gym your a blessed man brother

yea my wife asked me about MC igf the other day but with the new house we are broke as fuck

That's great dude. I have a real hard time getting my wife to the gym but hopefully she will start again soon

hell yea i would pimp wifey out for some MC igf

she had cortisone shot in her right arm about a month ago and has done everything they have asked but now they say some procedure is needed but i would like to try igf to see if it helps. ill be hitting you up pretty soon

He's had a rough year. He's still around. I'm sure he'll be dropping by again soon. Me, Leatherhead, and now CH3N02 have pretty much all gone though pretty similar stuff in the last few years. Fortunately I think the worst is now behind all of us!

Things are really coming together. We've been talking about finally getting back to the gym together for well over a year. She was so nervous that it wouldn't click again. Obviously it has.

I really really miss training with Kitrianna. She was incredible for my training. She kept my head straight and made sure things always progressed and never got stale. She saved me a few times from getting hurt bad. Unfortunately we went our separate ways and I've been training alone. With any luck, by the end of summer, I'll have her back, and my gains will be huge. Not to mention I'll be a very happy guy.

Ya man. A real relationship is what you do when things are bad and what you are willing to go through to make it work again.
Today marks our first complete rotation. We started on arms. Today is arms. I'm going to help Silk along by starting some basic pics and stats for Silk. She is starting MC IGF in about 2 weeks. Then she is going to add in some LGD. It's going to be a hit thread. This will be her first "rebound" so results should be fast and furious. I'm thinking the LGD will compare very favorably to a stout dose of Anavar. I got better results from 15mg of LGD than from 75 mg of pharmaceutical Anavar... it just agrees with me
