Here's what I have


100cc NPP
50cc Tren A
100cc of Cut Mix
40cc mast prop
Tons of var
Tons of winny
To much test to mention


I'm fat again, and am looking for a recomp overall.


I was thinking


100mg/day Tren A 1-6
50 mg/day var 1-6
150mg/day cut mix 6-16
150mg/EoD Npp 6-16
30-50mg/day winny 12-16
Hcg 250iu 2 x week 1-16

Then back to a cruise


I'm 31
7 cycles under my belt. Have run Tren solo before so don't even try to ward me away from that, I don't respond like everyone else.

I am
5'11"
260lbs

Best shape I was ever in was 4 years ago at 235 lbs 8%bf

Now I'm a slob


Ok, that's about it for now. Feel free to shoot ideas my way, I'm all ears aside from anyone trying to talk me out of tren without a test base.
 
What's your bf% now ? Cycle looks good, if I'm not mistake there's 50mg test prop in the cut mix right ? If I'm thinking of the same one
 
Correction, weigh in at 270, not 260. Bf right now has got to be close to 20%....

I could absolutely diet down before hand , I'm not the best at it though, my wife certainly doesn't help. Everything kind of went upside down once we met, as far as bodybuilding goes.

We met, bought a house two months later, I got promoted at work, I am adopting her daughter, but my lifestyle has changed drastically.

Right now we are trying to get pregnant. This cycle is going to be after that happens.

I'm consideringa meal prep service, but I'm not sure where you start. Anyone have suggestions?



I forgot to mention I have caber and stane as well as CLOMID and NOLVA on hand just in case.

Would there be any beneficial sarm I could run along side the tren and var, or even to aid in dieting down before the cycle starts?
 
Meal prep services sound inviting but pricey. And high sodium lol!
Can u just cook in bulk? Like on Sunday cook all Ur meat and potato and buy frozen veggie.
Do 6 or 7 meals a day.
Ur big guy. Not sure what Ur maintenance is but figure that out and go 200 less and track it on my fit pal.

I'm in the same boat. Have a 3 year old so there is some tempting food in the house.
If I don't run a plan the food runs me !

I recently ran a 4 week stack (Ostarine, s-4, ligandrol) from prosarms1 and saw good results. Noted recomp effect
 
Thanks for all the input guys. How much of each SARM will I need, and how long can/should i run them.

I started a meal plan, and have begun using my fit pal. I have to say I was pretty turned off by the application at first but I'm getting the hang of it and it's actually very useful. Kind of a reality check for me , seeing what I actually eat on a daily basis in terms of macros..


When I do start my cycle, anyone think adding mast P with the tren and anavar would be beneficial for the first 6 weeks? I've got tons of var so I may up the dose if I see a need to.
 
Ostarine 25mg Ed
S-4 50mg Ed (progressively up dose to 75mg depending on vision sides)
Ligandrol 12.5mg Ed

run anywhere between 4 and 12 weeks. That's what I did anyway worked great for me. I ran a maintenance dose of test alongside it to prevent any lethargy some people report.
