Yeah it is just a charlie horse, seems like I added a little too much BA to the Tren.
When I mix it I am fine. Also it seems like this spot on my glute always gets sore so I am just going to stay away from it now on.

If I go to low on the glute sometimes it does that.

I've been hitting that on both sides this cycle and I have to say it's a solid pinning spot. Easier to inject yourself there also. I have a turkey baster syringe 6cc and I'll load it and put 3 in one side then switch pins and 3 in the other side.

usually for short easter like acetate, it works quickly and cause more pain when inject, u can choose longer ester gears like deca,enan

I would never used unfiltered oils... That is asking for sepsis.

I get a bad spot once a week it normally clears up with 800 mg IBU and foam roller
