I started this cycle a few weeks back but have not been documenting on this forum so I will be adding updates as they occurred already as well...
It is that time again... I am definitely deviating ever so slightly on this cycle in an attempt to get the size i want but keep it as clean as possible with the smallest amount of side effects possible... I have a very strong cycle of Robolics products that I started yesterday... The way I am deviating from normal practice is by running anadrol.. i generally only train for physique and clearly mainly use dht's, but here is the plan... I am stacking anadrol and winstrol, both at 25 mg per day, to kickstart... these should yield the size and strength i am after while still keeping my body fat in the 5-6% range... I am going for about 10 lbs of very clean muscle gain, which i should have no issue adding as long as i can stay consistent with my intake... My main issue is my calorie intake... clearly i have shrunk my stomach over the years and being how busy i am daily, i just cant even fit food into my schedule as necessary but im making it a point to have alarms set daily to remind me i need to eat something! I have lost a bit of weight due to stress with several things but still at a decent size... I have switched my lifting style to a far heavier style in the hypertrophy stage and i am already very happy with where my strength is going... i have added mk2866 to the cycle as well because of the constant tennis elbow pains from increasing my weights... My starting stats are 6'1" 180 lbs. 5.2% body fat i generally stay about 185-190 but due to some extremely stressful situations i have not been eating nearly enough and weight has dropped..
goals are to be 195-200 at 5-6% body fat.. i will do whatever it takes to keep it as is...
I will be posting my current diet soon... I will give strength updates once a week and give picture updates as well as often as i can...

My diet is very very strict and consistent... mind you, im always in a very large deficit... going by maintenance calculators, my maintenance is at an absurd amount due to the amount of calories im burning daily... you would not believe me if i told you but i assure you, the maintenance is quite high... its in the upper 3000's and i generally am around 2500 per day and thats difficult as it is for me however im working to get to 3000 at least and im more than confident i can obtain the size im after even in this deficit... i make a living on defying science because i know HOW to get around it with my diet... the right compound selections are key as well... so this is my day...

This is the daily diet I normally go with... the one caveat here than i readily admit and would not lie about is that my 5 oclock meal is one i often just miss and that is clearly costing me size... i get so caught up in work that i only get it in a few times a week... i have tweaked some things and will likely get a smaller meal at 3:00 of a can of tuna with a few veggies to ensure im still hungry at 5...
i ONLY drink water and unsweetened almond milk... every now and then i have a kombucha but one bottle lasts me at least 4 days... i use sweet leaf sweetener on my cereal and oatmeal... as you can see im very strict and very precise with everything... I have a good balance with fiber, clean carbs and plenty of protein... my fats are right where i want them... i only use a very small amount of salt on my eggs but not on anything else... i use parsley and onion powder often for flavoring... once in a while i use basil and red pepper in my eggs but not often... I try to have a good balance with everything that works well for me... I KNOW what my body does well with and what it does not but i still do a lot of trial and error because even the machine gets fed up with the same foods over and over again... I try my best to stay within the range I need to keep my body fat where it is but also to get things in there I enjoy... So there you have it, thats my daily diet...

So I am now on day three... I started winstrol a few weeks earlier and was cruising with test, deca and primo... I have switched all of my lifting methods to far heavier weights... So today I am extremely sore... My strength is already going way up... For instance, im not a fan of actual bench pressing but I have implemented it back in... I was so weak the first few times back at it where i was struggling to rep 185 for 10 which is pathetic... Monday I was back repping 225 for 10... I want to be repping 250 for sets of 10... Strength is rising rapidly... My shoulders are my strongest body part by far... I was able to get 4 sets of 75 pound dumbbells for presses... My best at anytime was sets of 10 with 90's... I WILL be doing 100's soon because i won't accept anything less... clearly these are not olympia numbers but for a guy my size, they are definitely above average... i am more focused than i have been in a very long time... i always take every day extremely serious but im back on another level that i got lost in after so many life occurrences took place... between my dad passing, getting married, having far more responsibility than ever, taking on more and more work etc... certain things get lost in the shuffle and while my drive is always there, it just wasnt the same but now, i guarantee you, its on!

I am now 1 week in... Current weight this morning was 187.4... My body fat was not tested but as you can see, it is pretty much the same... I expect a little water in the beginning which i dread and i am all over in terms of control but i want the size and the water will be controlled thoroughly... That is why I have the winstrol inclusion here along with s4 and gw... Eating is on point as I am working hard to make sure I am getting the proper amount of calories which is always my main struggle... So far, I am extremely pleased... This is just a start but I am well on my way and will rest at nothing until the goal is surpassed and then I will only continue to build on it... Here are some updated pics...

I am extremely happy with how tonight went... My shoulders are far and away my strongest part when lifting... I was flat out disgusted last week only being able to shoulder press with 70lb. dumbbells.. i want to get close to 100's by the time the cycle is over... Today I ripped off 4 sets of 10 with 80's and I am certain I could have done it with 85's... All of my lifts have gone up significantly.. Now its a combination of eating more, but im not eating that much more as before but enough to make a big difference... however clearly the anadrol is helping tremendously here... I did shoulders and biceps tonight and every single lift I did went up by 10% or more just from last week and some far more... I am keeping the size gains as clean as one possibly could and I just have that positive feeling that there is a lot of success to come... I will keep busting ass like noone can and I believe the results will just continue to come...

Today is the start of week 3... I am up 7 lbs but it would probably be more if not for the fact of being out of town all weekend to see family and for the iowa game... i definitely did not get anywhere near the amount of calories i should have because i was always on the go... This is going to be a big week for me... even when i was out of town, i was in the gym... i am from des moines, ia and they have put in a new gym that is beyond ridiculous... i have been in gyms not just all over the U.S but also some of the best in europe and i have never seen one as nice as lifetime athletic in des moines... this fucking place had an all out spa in there to get massages, facials, nails etc... they have it all in there.. the newest equipment that was unreal especially all the new technogym equipment you just don't see anywhere.. i wish i could pick this gym up and move it to me... it was that sick and i was in there for nearly 3 hours because i didnt want to leave LOL... i plan on hitting it even harder this week and i want to get to that 10 lb. mark within the next week or so... i will get there soon!

Last night was an exellent workout... strength continues to rise as does intensity, explosiveness and output... repping 225 on bench and doing so with plenty of room to spare but i know better than to push too much too fast because it leads to nagging injuries, tendinitis etc... i can see a lot more size being added and its very clean which is obviously what i am after... i am pushing it more and more each day... shrugs were up from normally doing 100 dumbbells, to 125's with ease... cable crosses are all up 30% and this is only two weeks in... i am anticipating pr's in everything in the next few weeks... updates will continue!
robo has never let me down and this is further indication... i have to take two full pins each injection day and everything is so smooth and clearly the results only continue... adding sarms along with this solidifies everything... gw is allowing me to push at a much higher rate in terms of rest between sets because no matter how good of condition you are in, when you lift on your high end of heavy, longer rests are required but im still less than a minute on rests and these levels which has impressed me tremendously... i try to achieve something more each day...

Okay, another update...
weight is up 9 lbs. since the start.. aside from the strength which i am loving every day, muscle shape is becoming much more full... its not even close to where it will be but this is obviously not an overnight type of thing... my main struggle is calorie intake... slowly but surely i am getting it up a bit more but i have to add things in slowly... otherwise it becomes too much too fast and i cannot do it... the many years of such controlled and low intake has made my stomach a mess on what it can handle but if you go about it right, it can all be corrected, which it is now... i can start to feel a little lethargy from the anadrol but i feel that is more stress related than anything... i slam supports as well... so i am all over that...
more progress on strength, especially in my chest and shoulders... i did one of the worst burnouts on shoulders on tuesday... I have said before how i often finish a very heavy workout with a 70 rep/30 rep last set... so of all the exercises, i decided to try it with a hammer strength shoulder press... i was telling my wife, i got up to about 29-30 and thought, "fuck me!" LOL but i am FAR FAR too proud and stubborn to stop and when i got to about the 55 mark my arms were jello but i made it to 70, then i took a 30 second rest, blasted some jadakiss and knocked at that last 30... it actually made me fucking sweat LOL but i felt damn good about it after such a heavy workout...
my incline went up even more today to where i was able to rep 225 for a set of 10 which i was very happy with... my strength level is often strange because i can usually incline the damn near same amount i can bench... im loving everything so far... more updates to come...

I am right about 1 week into the cycle... I have been climbing every day on my weights and just feel full of energy and strength... Robolics never lets me down and has consistently been one of, if not the very best I have used...
My starting weight was right at 179... Today I weighed 186.3 and I look more shredded than when i started... My body has always been an extremely fast responder to everything I take... I have been working very hard on every aspect and that includes eating enough which is still my biggest challenge and fear but I am slowly but surely overcoming this and even though I am busier by the day, I am so focused on everything that I refuse to let anything get in my way of what I want to achieve... I want to be able to do this for me but also to inspire and motivate others... I am doing my best and will continue to be a leader by example for everyone... I appreciate everyone's support... Im already itching for Monday to be back in the gym... I won't lie... I was so close to even going at it today but I know better on getting the proper rest days and certainly don't want to get any sort of mental burn out plus i want the adequate time for my body to grow...

I have said before how i often finish a very heavy workout with a 70 rep/30 rep last set... so of all the exercises, i decided to try it with a hammer strength shoulder press... i was telling my wife, i got up to about 29-30 and thought, "fuck me!" LOL but i am FAR FAR too proud and stubborn to stop and when i got to about the 55 mark my arms were jello but i made it to 70, then i took a 30 second rest, blasted some jadakiss and knocked at that last 30... it actually made me fucking sweat LOL but i felt damn good about it after such a heavy workout...
my incline went up even more today to where i was able to rep 225 for a set of 10 which i was very happy with... my strength level is often strange because i can usually incline the damn near same amount i can bench... im loving everything so far... more updates to come...
