Winstrol and test cycle help

I'm about to start a winstrol test cycle. I plan on taking 500mg of test a week for 10 weeks and 50mg of winstrol for 5 weeks then 2 weeks off and back on for the last 3 weeks. I just need to know what else I need to take during the cycle and what I need to take as my pct.

PCT clomid or nolva or both start 12-14 days after last shot. I would get AI like adex just in case. I would just run the winny 6 weeks at 40mg. What's your stats I'm guessing first cycle?

Edit something for liver like NAC milk thistle or tudca

Would just clomid be enough and how much for how long? And would I take the AI during or is that also for pct? This will be my second cycle I did a cycle with just test and I didn't pct properly that was about a year ago though.

Yes just clomid is fine I think it 50mg first week and 25mg for 2 weeks. AI mainly used during cycle i have read some using during pct

Whats a good AI and how frequently is it used through the cycle and how much also same question if I use it for my pct.
 
Arimidex or aromasin I would search them. My experience when I use AI is .5mg of adex eod and you can use AI during pct or up to the start of PCT you will always get different opinions on stuff
 
You need to realize as well... longer esters like this naturally taper off, which is nice because it is much easier on your HPTA.

I agree with this as well "PCT clomid or nolva or both start 12-14 days after last shot. I would get AI like adex just in case" However I would do aromasin instead of adex.

Ok how much aromasin and how often do I take it. And should I take it for pct as well if so how long how much?

if you do not find aromasin, grab some anastrozole (arimidex) and run it at .5 it will do the trick nicely!

How often do I take the pi on cycle and how often for pct
 
Setting Up a Cycle (Cyp,Winny,OStra/PCT:HcG,Clomid,Nolv)

I was hoping someone could help me, setting up a good cycle. My ingredients are Test cyp with winny, and ostarine. As for PCT HcGenerate, Clomid and Nolva. I'm 5'10, 190lb mostly muscle but still losing weight; 29 years old. i was thinking about doing an 8week cycle. 1-8 cyp, 5-10 winny. I'm not sure how i can use the ostarine but I know the benefits when it is used with winny and it can be a great transition into the PCT. For PCT i was thinking of using hcgenerate, clomid, and nova. i have an idea of how to use them but i would like some input. For right now this is what i have and what i am planning to use, if anyone can help me set something up with what i have i would appreciate it.
