Muscle mechanic Cruise

So I promised photos.
Still haven't made it do last work out of week, my legs. Will get it in today.
My elbows hurting, first right one sore with a little fluid, it subsided. Now left one a little fluid.
I am a mechanic on large equipment, alot of climbing up and down and heavy pushing and pulling on stuff. Arthritis sets in at this time every year...
Still doing 4 workouts a week. Around 45 minutes and HIIT with burst circuit sets, around 3 movement per circuit of 4 sets.
Main exercise has breaks 90 seconds for STREGTH. After that it's combining larger muscles with load switched to smaller then back to larger. Example incline bench then bicep curls then flys... then back at it.
Circuits I do around 3-4 total or until muscles have enough, heart rate high and breathing kept at cardio rate almost whole time...

Most workouts I get up at 4am and do before work at gym on way. After work I am beat, no working out except sex.. lol!!

So photos were just tightened up yesterday morning fasted. Right after hgh and MT2 dose. Have fat to lose especially around waist but it's coming off!!! Light and shadows bad moved around in all three mirrors to get lightening better??

Hope to trim up more! On same stack except I finished DHB (TEST-1-CYP)
and need to stalk a bull at night for more but no time... it gave me some size I would say. Added Tbol taken with Proviron pre-workout.

Test e 25mg a day
Test p 35mg a day
Trest ace 12.5mg a day
Mast e 30mg a day
Mast p 30mg a day
Primo e 75mg a day

Proviron 50mg a day taken with
Tbol 15-20mg pre-workout
Nolva maybe 20mg every 4-5 days
Adex .75mg a week total divided up eod
Cabar 0.5mg every 4-5 days

Hgh 5iu a day all at once upon rising in morning
MT2 250mcg every 3-4 days
Cialis 10mg a day

Wanna add in MC IGF at 60-80mcg split bi-lateral into muscles worked out. Either pre-workout or at pump period of workout half way thru. Then eat after workout..

Diet getting in what I need can do better by cleaning snacks out but after work and sweating all day I crave something sweet!!!

I am in mid lower 40's
I am 5'8"
199lbs ATM
Just want lean gains keepable slow steady gains.
Wanna get to 210 and hold that weight at 8% BF. Don't wanna let body fat get above 13% ever. It's lower than it looks in photos.
Gonna get it to 7% for sure before Halloween!!! Won't make the weight of 210 but in next year or 2 I may. I was already around 220 at 7% in past around 14 years ago I guess and again around 7 years ago.
It was a bit too much looked like a Steam Roller or something like a construction tool was a Beast!!

This is where pain is photo taken Friday night!! Pain is felt reaching and reaching inward towards each arms sided arm pit!!!
Have a little fluid I can feel. Both did it right side then left but worked holding high pressure, pressure washing reaching up and out cleaning radiators and oil coolers in unit I had to repair.
That position was rough with constant pressure from high pressure washer. Had to switch arms of course always do to even out wear and tear!!!

Great progress. You gotta go green for Halloween your looking like the hulk. Have you tried elbow sleeves and wrist wraps. Some days I walk around the house with them on they help me a good amount

Time to kick it in high gear, playtime over gonna lose that layer hiding rest of abs and cuts all over.

45 days ripped is goal. Just to maintain leanness without thyroid, had rebound so getting back without it!!!

Don't be jealous be inspired!!
Gear or no gear I have worked out for 12 years no matter what unless I had a surgery to recover from!!
Muscle can be built natty especially first 3 month and first year!!
Fat loss and full transformation can be done in 3 months time natty or not!!!

If natty testosterone low or suspected get tested and at least get in TRT!!!

Diet, working out done consistent is the key. U gotta tell yourself going to bed at night, tell yourself I will keep pushing and something gotta give cause I am not stopping.

First 30 days u see nothing much, but u continue and at 60 changes are noticed
At 90 day mark metabolism had changed new muscle is built and the point is to continue and u will start looking like what u training for!!!!

Consistently putting body thru diet and working out makes us look like we do with genetics making is all look different BUT every bodybuilder looks like a bodybuilder.
To become one u gotta do the work no matter what. And know it takes time BUT I promise u in 1 year anyone can look like a bodybuilder those who don't are not training right or pushing hard enough!!

Tomorrow morning back and triceps
Friday shoulders and calves
Saturday legs and abs

I will be up at 4am. It's hot after work I am dead can't do gym!!

But going do quick Halloween cut just to get back ripped and show u guys how I do it!! Will calculate 45 days and will be ripped with stack changed.
Where I am now I never let myself get more bf% and I do not bulk anymore I only use primo, little deca or npp, mast, most test prop
On cut test prop, tren ace, mast p and primo
Orals or 2 Anadrol cut to hold fullness calorie deficit and lean bulk
And anavar in cut oh halotestin too...

I forgot trest ace but only low for free test thru roof.

Soon cut stack but mild.
Test p 50-75mg a day
Tren ace 50-75mg a day
Mast p 100mg s day
Primo ace 75mg a day
Would like anavar have all rest minus primo ace but I know a bull that got primo ace branded on his loin!!!

This week fellas I couldn't work out much.
I have contract working on job.
I am meeting clients for more contracts was busy everytime between working!!

So got some working out today and will restart hard all week! I workout but did 20 minute non stop circuits supersets and got killed pump but that was it and only got in 3 days.

Will use the low tren ace or tren e!!!
Will prolly go with ace quick recomp cut!!

At gym now, Gonna do fast hiit workouts non stop after size and STREGTH exercise sets.
Gonna try and switch to that quick recomp till around November then actually cruise at 200 high TRT with primo and hgh thru Jan bloods. I screwed up title of thread. It changed plans....

Gonna wait and post photos
But switch in light cut stack highly likely!

Tren ace 50mg a day
Mast p 50mg a day
Primo e 400mg wk
Proviron 50mg a day
Nolva 20mg 2x wk

Hgh 3-5iu a day (got new 99% purity) human grade no label generics
MT2 250mcg 3x wk

This if I do it only for 30-45 days tops.
I will lose bf% to 7% easy or less effortless and try and hold below 10% thru January or as long as possible if I can get activity level, food, muscle fullness and size with slow growth!!!

Seeking very low dosed gear blast in future with IGF and hgh!! Anti-aging healing with a stature that I am happy with!!!
