If that is you then more power to ya'. It looks like you're naturally lean as f*ck and I'm jealous. What is your training/diet program like?

I was supposed to have a photo shoot with a ZEI models photograper last year but 2 wks before it I had to go to the ER with a serious infection and couldn't continue my diet, cardio and esp. my training. Hopefully this year I can get that chance again.

Proud. this guy's legit. He trains at the same gym as Phil Hernon in AZ, Phil has vouched for him on ProMuscle.

I basicly wanted to know what your training and diet regime is over a 6 month period.
What do you train and how often per week - do you bulk up and then diet to get ripped or just work lean all the way? Also if it's not too personal a question, do you take any gear to help you.
Also what supplements (protein, creating etc).
Would really appreciate your reply on the above questions.
