aaight thats it fellas, im about 180 right now, wrestling has got me way down....usually around 215, lost alot of muscle mass and got alot of access skin on the body.....so lets here it!
well i really didn't diet right at all, i wrestle and i was at 14% body fat weighing 215, but had to make the cut to 184 and didn't do it safely....if any of you have wrestled then you know what i am talking about. The damn NCAA rules make you weigh in by a certain time, i only had about 5 weeks to lose 30lbs so i had to cut my ass off to get down to this weight. i look alot leaner but man i lost so much of that valued muscle mass....damn it!
but the abs are coming in , except for the bottom two i still have that damn innertube around my waist....cain't bust that damn thing...any suggestions? i have 4 of the 6 abs right now, and working my ass of on getting the other two
hey bignick, you look great and you have the base that a champion is molded from, I do, however, see a little gyno symptoms in two of the pix, mostly, puffiness in the nipple
no wheelz your right got some puffiness in there, i have been running nolva 40mg/day for 4 weeks and 2.5mg/day of fem for 2 weeks now and probably will run it until the end of the year......sucks ass bro, trying to get them to calm down
sweet big nick, i restled all through elemtary, middle and high school. i had a scholorship to go wrestle in colorado but my girl at the time was a top priority(good thing it didn't work out though, psycho!:dizzy: ) man, i do not miss the days of getting to school at 430am and running my ass off in a 100*+ room wearing 4 layers and my snowboarding coat/jacket. i think i went through like 4 or 5 plastic suits my senior year.LOL
