K guessing 10-12% BF in this pic. Currently in 7th week of deca 400mg/wk.
Here's my problem my chest and stomach carry all my fat stores and I do mean all Ive dropped from 202 to 193,but my chest/stomach arent shredding like arms/shoulders/etc. What do I do????

blame mom and dad. I, and probably most others bros, carry the fat on the chest and stomach/love handles. Its the VERY LAST fat to leave and the very first to come back after diet. I can have a six pack, and love handles still very present.

perhaps part of what makes a pro a pro, is where they store their fat. Ive never see pros with love handles, even when bulked up. but I take it you're not planning on going pro.

if you plateauing, there are tons of option.

1. increase cardio.
2. decrease food (probably not an option, I know you're low already)
3. carb cycling
4. more fat burners or higher dosages.
5. more AAS, maybe adding winny or prop.


BTW - looking big in that pic. You must be short...I would have guessed well over 200lbs.
