a few pics before I bulk (again)

I've been experimenting with a method of cutting/bulking in 4 week intervals. While I cut, I'm strictly on Palumbo's keto diet. When I bulk, I eat all my carbs beginning the day pre/post workout, then move as little as possible and switch back to protein/fat. After I came back from leave I was a sloppy 205, and got down to 188 for the first 4 week cut. I then bulked to 200 and looked to be leaner as well. 4 weeks of cutting later, I'm 182 in the pics. I'll start bulking on Monday, probably at 180. I think this is the best I looked at 182 before.

when you cycle your diet every 4 weeks, does that include supps?
 
Damn teed lookin sharp man keep it up. The 4 week thing is interesting definitely a good way to make sure you keep a solid B/F year round keep us posted on your muscle gains please.
 
27 huh? Im jealous. Looking good bro. Lats are starting to look really thick as well as your quads.
 
Thanks guys, I'm doing my best. I really need to get some videos posted, cuz I haven't lost much strength, if any. I just DB rowed 180lb (150lb with a 30lb resting perpendicular) for 6, and my shoulder feels waaay better. I should be able to hammer curl the 100's for reps again in no time. Granted, I know it's dangerous to lift heavy like this, but I think the intensity is gonna help when I'm eating for size again soon.
