i also had greek yougurt in the ams this year along with green apples and strawberries during the day. just a week ago, i cut all that out and switched to 50 mins of cardio a day and tightened up a ton!
i really feel the fruit left a small film of water that made me look a bit soft bc once i cut it out i looked tighter and harder right away
