    Arimidex, Letrozole, Clomid, Nolvadex, Caborgoline, Dostinex, Post Cycle Therapy



    igf 1 lr3, igf-1, insulin-like growth factor-1,


    SARM Rad 140 , testolone, sarm s23, Ligandrol, Andarine, Ostarine, Cardarine
    i havent decided what show or shows im gonna do but im dieting as if im doing the one that is 5 weeks from now, but the last show im considering is 9 weeks from now anyways im about 189 in these pics

    thanks nuk, this year has been really tough for me as far as staying positive and focused. i just am not 'feeling' it this year. when i started i was leaner this year than last time so i didnt do any cardio at the beginning and relied on diet alone.

    i also had greek yougurt in the ams this year along with green apples and strawberries during the day. just a week ago, i cut all that out and switched to 50 mins of cardio a day and tightened up a ton!

    i really feel the fruit left a small film of water that made me look a bit soft bc once i cut it out i looked tighter and harder right away

    yeah, leave the fruit alone,"I do", and keep at it with the cardio.
