So, just got started on my IGF. Going to try and keep myself between 195-200 lbs. but get down to 8-10% bf. I'm sitting around 14 right now (I think). Running it at 80 mcgs/day, 40mcgs bilaterally in each muscle worked out within 5 minutes of my last set. Applied chest today, got a little excited and bent the "applicator" on the 2nd one, but I still managed to get it on the muscle. I'll try to keep a weekly log. Going to keep running this for 7 weeks only on workout days. Peace!!!
