Chad's IGF Journal

Will it get any better, or is there something I can do to lessen that effect?

its hard to say to be honest brutha, but with most sides the effects will subside usualy! with that being said the benefits will subside as well after a few months straight, so its all relative my man

oh and to lessen the effects of getting tired or lathargic i would say load carbs right after application

Gotcha, thanks for the quick reply bro :)

about 30-45min after applying take in some fruit or other forms of simple carbs, this works well for me, then again I've never had any side effects, tired or otherwise from IGF-maybe this is why?

Im sleepy as well bro. Took a three hour nap today. LOL. We all will have different experiences with igf. Just make sure you are taking in carbs and its not hypo thats making you sleepy. It wouldn't hurt to check blood sugar in my opinion. Just a thought bro.

Today was leg day. Applied IGF to outer calf just a minute ago. I read a couple people say it hurt but so far it's no worse than the bicep application the past two days. We'll see as the day progresses though. I am going to switch around a couple meals so I take in more carbs within 45 min of IGF application to see if that helps with the exhaustion.

On a side note, I hit legs pretty hard today. Felt great, but when I got home I went to pee and had an involuntary muscle spasm and pee went everywhere. LOL.

Little update, calves are not bad for application for me. Left calf is a little tight still but doesn't hurt at all the right calf is feeling good.

Hit shoulders and traps today, applied to shoulders. No soreness here all day. I finally broke down and ordered some wrist straps so I could shrug some real weight so maybe between that and the IGF I'll finally get a little more growth there. I think next week I'll try a trap application. I know people say that site increases are not that phenomenal but it can't hurt.

Switched around a few meals so now within 45min of IGF application I am getting in about 190-200 carbs. The exhaustion I was getting is not nearly as bad by doing this. Other than that I'm hoping to start seeing some results soon.

Hit chest and triceps today, and applied to chest. So far all my applications have been painless and soreness has been minimal. Also, I can already see some leaning out results, which is pretty awesome considering I'm eating as much as I am. Seems like I will be able to make some solid gains. *fingers crossed* :)

Great workout today. Biceps and back and got to use the wrist straps for back stuff. They make a huge difference. Some of my lifts I was able to go up 60-70 lbs just from not having to rely on my grip!!! I think they will help a lot.

Other than that, must be a combination of the SuperPump and the IGF but my pump are getting pretty intense. Doing curls I got so pumped I didn't even have full range of motion. Application to inner biceps again.

Had company come to visit over the weekend so my diet was all kinds of messed up, but this morning weighed in at 191 lbs and still look fairly lean so I can only assume this is from the IGF. I can't wait to see what happens as I continue the cycle.

Good leg day today. Applied to quads. I can definitely tell a difference in my pumps. My muscles feel so full during and at the end of my workouts it's awesome!!

Good log bro. How is the lethargy?

Ehhh, some days are worse than others. I fixed the exhaustion immediately after IGF application by taking in 190-200 carbs within 45 min or so. I still get that mid day lag right around 2-3 o'clock. Some days aren't so bad, and some days I sit in class and struggle to stay awake.

I feel like it will all be worth it in the end though. So far really enjoying this IGF. And call me crazy, but I kind of like applying it. It makes me feel I'm all hardcore. Silly I know cause it's nothing compared to some of you guys on here, but hey it's a start.....

Great shoulder workout today. Applied to traps and it was probably the least painful spot so far. It was kind of hard to reach them while still pumped from the workout.

I have noticed that I stay sore from my workouts a day longer than usual since starting IGF. I am wondering if this is a direct effect of the IGF working, if it's from the increased pump, or maybe I'm just mentally pushing myself harder because I want the most out of this cycle? Probably a combination of the three but I'm loving it. Tomorrow is chest/tris, can't wait.

Thanks guys. When it's all over I will update the first post with some pics and I will throw one in there from two years ago just for laughs. I'm trying to keep this updated regularly and informative so someone trying to research it will have a good log to read. Hopefully this will help :)
